Is it just me or is the feature crystals hot garbage most of the time?

Depends. If you think most of the champions in the featured crystal are hot garbage, then the featured crystal will drop hot garbage most of the time. But that's not a property of the crystal so much as it is a property of the player opening it.

So far I've opened fourteen of the current featured and I've recorded 89 individual drops from the last five featured crystals. I don't see the same pattern of hot garbage. 89 drops is a statistically significant number for the purposes of determining if most of the drops are hot garbage.

Yup both are hot garbage, it’s my opinion just like everyone else’s opinion to agree or disagree. Yes I do know how to use them, but there are better champs than them that I have…

Unless you get an featured champ, they can feel bad.

I have opened about 20 of this round's FCs, and gotten a featured champ four times, but luckily it was two champs so both are now awakened (Wong and Rintrah).

You have to open a lot to overcome bad RNG.

I always go into crystals recognizing what is in there and always imagining the worst possible, so when it good, great, or really great then I'm excited. With appropriate expectation we shouldn't get mad for one it is a game and two we know how many champions are in the crystal (smaller pool for featured, but still we know like we do for basic, dual class, and featured whose in it).

This is admittedly a very meh crystal with quite a lot of "misses". That being said I opened 3 and got Hulkling, Black Cat and Havok. So decent.
