Here's a fresh one for you. In aw. Those bugs already costed 3 deaths just for me. How will you compensate loses in aw? And loyalty? And 0 progress in bg? Guess you won't. My sigil and daily cards are expiring soon and i won't prolong them until you fix what you broke.
What input issues is everyone talking about, I don't have any issue my game is running well, have you all thought it could be your own phones?
Yeah, iphones (13-14), ipads (m1) and galaxy(s20-s22) are just too bad for this game. That's what i heard(or experienced) personally. Also there are about 4 videos with recorded taps and swipes that the game just ignored. And all of that began when they switched on input beta for everyone
I'm still dealing with parry failures and random mid combo heavy hits. Worse in TB EQ, but still noticable in AQ/AW. Any updates from Kabam? It's been 3 months now.
They are not “input issues”. They are AI issues, that’s why they aren’t saying anything. When the AI hits past your block, that is not YOUR fault…it is the AI going THROUGH your block purposefully. I have no issues fighting an AI so long as it doesn’t cheat, but it is and they are hiding behind two words that make it our fault when it isn’t. The inputs work fine, the AI just selectively ignores them.
This game doesn’t work with Apple devices anymore, after 6+ years it’s time to retire. Support is useless and there’s no communication on here. All the shiny additions aren’t going to save a game that can’t offer basic controls, monthly bugs to navigate through, and an ai with inconsistent speed and behavior.
Same with me, I’m sticking around until next update, but will be passing on offers ofc. 7 years for me. Sad but I’m kinda enjoying it. Encourage everyone to do the same lol . Kabam is horrible communicating the issue here as well. They just make a long post trying to confuse the issue with technicalities but i don’t care. Just honest comunication about the issue prioritization and expectations of timelines, telling us if the update made improvements or not, when to expect an update, etc. just a trash company not worth my money or time
I have to admit that it is disheartening when there is silence from the game developer on such a critical game play issues.
Battlegrounds are broken. Parrying is broken. Blocks appear to be made but the parry is ignored and you get hammered as a result. It causes many players to lose fights and is severely hampering many from being able to progress in battlegrounds. But yet silence.
But the second there is an issue with them making a mistake on monetized deal giving too many shards it can get fixed with extreme urgency. How about putting some of that effort in acknowledging and resolving the game play issues?
There needs to be an update. Controls continue to be hit and miss. They can keep saying it’s your device. But if it’s everyone. Then how can it be our device. ????
They had that auto guy. Taps a lot. They put up posts saying it was helping them figure things out. I’ve asked a few different times how that is going. No response.
I don't even remember when was the last time Kabam addressed these AI & CONTROL ISSUES again. Honestly I'm forced to think that Kabam is not even trying to fix it or else they would have been more keen to share any development than the players in that case. Me being a developer myself knows it very well that it's a moment of pride when we fix issues in time without impacting end user.
Only If this issue was causing them revenue loss or player loss, they would have cared, but I guess that's not the case and there is no direct impact on them. Needless to say more this issue is indirectly benefitting Kabam.
They ask the players to report with tonnes of data as if we are liable to fix it. That's just another way to turn down attempts of reporting in high numbers because many of us would simply won't do it because we can't spend all day at playing and then reporting issues with Excel Sheet full of details.🤣
I wonder whether Kabam even hires Game Testers? Doesn't look like it, because everytime something happens they ask for tonnes of details as if they don't even generate a log of such things and can't simply query about someone's profile in particular.
Another update and no word from kabam. We don’t even know what kind of progress they’ve made. Probably no progress. The most they spent on this issue over the last 2 months was taking the time to write this post. So much for increasing comunication wit players. #trashcompany
