WOW …. Company that their employees can look back on violations, cheaters , wow ….so if employee see violation they don’t need to say nothing to their supervisors ….wow…
You've been told like 30 times in this thread. You've also chosen to ignore all of that information. Recap- 1. Forum MODs can't ban anyone in game. Pass along info...yes. 2. There are no insta bans. 3. Most first time offenses are not Perma bans. 4. Having a screenshot does not automatically mean someone cheated. 5. Innocent until proven guilty. All reports are investigated before action is taken by a team dedicated to hackers and modders. 6. Forum MODs are obligated only to their forum job requirements only. 7. You need to take a break from the forums.
Employee: he see that in arena someone is cheating……..but……he DOES NOTHING……because COMPANY POLICY says that employee DOES NOT NEED to report cheating , cheaters, violations of their own terms of service……..WOW
And employee thinks : that is ok , I will do nothing, cheating , cheaters violations are good…because my company policy supports that, by saying to me that I’m not obligated to report cheating, cheaters or violations….
Guys guys i figured it out. OP is throwing morse code into his comments to make them even worse. If you go back through all of the comments posted and translate it it give you the secret message "I don't know how to read or understand what an entire community is telling me. Kabam Jax please close this thread "
I don’t know what this one summoners deal is, but I will say that I feel like mixed messages are sent between what a forum mod can and cannot do. I remember not long ago someone was acting as if they had the ability to ban someone in game for an extremely ignorant and inappropriate comment that was made on a certain social media platform.
Now someone who has that kind of power you would assume could very easily and would almost certainly be capable of placing a ban on summoners who are without a doubt modding in every game mode.
@xman69x you have been repeatedly told that forums is not the place to report cheaters. There is already a team dedicated to handle cheaters, and they have specific processes in place to handle incoming reports. If you go for an avenue outside of what is already established, then you increase the chance of it being lost/forgotten which would not be good at all. If you have a cheater you would like to report, then report to the right people so it will be handled correctly and efficiently.

Miike said it. Miike can ask the game team to ban someone. Miike can't do it himself.

Wow
Company policy states an investigation has to be done first. Employee is doing exactly what they're supposed to.
So he would be capable of asking the game team to ban extreme modders that are posted on the forums? I am referring to the three star dooms knocking out six star max sig rank five hulklings in less then ten seconds.
I assume if he has that kind of power then all forum mods have that kind of power?

He doesn't have any power. It's the same power that you have have in game. He sends the information to that team that does the bans.
You're not supposed to post anything about cheating on the forums with players names because it leads to derogatory statements and incorrect accusations.
If we all followed the rules, MODs couldn't do anything as they don't even know who the opponent is.
The 2 official ways of reporting cheaters is through the BGs menus or submitting a ticket through support.
You all confirmed that EMPLOYEES OF KABAMS are not obligated to follow company rules….that they don’t need to report cheating, cheaters or violations ….
I hope, that community is reading this ….OMG
The community is reading everything that you’re not reading, which is literally everything the rest of us are saying. You are the laughing stock of the forums right now.

Correct. He has the power to say "hey so there's this guy I saw on the forums..." But why would he do that? It's not his job, and there's a team of people already designated to do exactly that. Reporting on some guy he heard about on the forums would do nothing but give the team information they already have, since many players have most likely already submitted a support ticket about them. It would be the equivalent of Miike passing by the Art department and saying "that character might look good in blue"
Screenshots of what? This conversation? You know the mods will read all of this right? They’re able to read every single post on these forums because they get to focus solely on their own job description and not someone else’s.
It takes time for them to take action. A simple screenshot on the Forum isn't going to get someone banned. You need to send a Ticket to Support, and let them do what they need to on their end.

Because you are wrong? Because I’m right?
My post is not offensive, I use nice words, I’m polite….
Then what is the reason? Hmmmm….
