Here's a fun question. After Xmas my alliance lost 1/3.of it's members due to war drama. What's the protocol on alliance rewards for the alliance rank banquet event? 2 of them were top contributors. Do they lose those rewards?
Need to be in the alliance at the time rewards are distributed.
hello. sorry if i have missed what’s already been said. i just want to ask if there is a minimum required points needed (participation) to be eligible in the alliance banquet rewards? thank you!
There is a minimum for each alliance milestone. The game tells you what it is. If you don’t see if, you’ve already met it.
If you bring back the GBC bundle, can that be made available for purchase in the Summoner's store? I would love to avoid using Google Pay in the future!! Would be great if you added everything for purchase in the Summoner's Store.
I regret my prior comments. This event has been amazing for my account. Looking forward to the new year and am especially thankful to Kabam for keeping me sane during a chaotic time.
Conqueror Is not getting the calendar like said. Seems the actual cutoff is uncollected. Basing this off 4 uncollected or above accounts in my alliance that all have the calendar. The 6 others that are Conquerer all received the initial email with the one each of the gift things but no calendars.

Conqueror should have login calendar, minimum is Proven progression (informed to me by Support). If missing contact Support to fix it.

Many conqueror accounts are missing all calendars, not just the holiday ones.
If I don’t get a high rank I getting a refund and closing my account lol. I whaled out and didn’t get one 6* rare selector. I’ve watched people only open 5-10 and get way better than I did. I get it’s RNG but with the amount I open I should have gotten way better. kabam you guys did a really played us this year. Shame on you!

They were extremely transparent about every aspect of this event. The rewards, drop rates, etc.
There will always be another event and I'm sure that the coming new-year will bring new content and rewards that endgame players are craving. This event felt more tuned towards getting new and returning players caught up than anything... next year will be better for everyone, I bet.
P.S. whaling out for abysmal drop rate rarities is a foolhardy venture
*PSA* Time to claim gifted Accolades from Mail or Stash **
If you are waiting to claim received Accolade gifts from people, you only have 7 days to claim them after receiving them. Whether from Mail or even from STASH (yes, they expire from Stash in just 7 days too).
So if you’re keeping them around in order to plan your return gifts to people, don’t let that time pass.
*and note, even though the Accolades calendar is 10 days, they give us some extra days in order to get thru entire Accolades calendar (unlike the main Holiday Calendar).

Transparent about drop rates? We didn’t know you only had 0.06% chance of getting (or %99.94 not getting) a 7 star until the banquet day.

What's your point? Once you knew the drop rates... if you still proceeded to whale out on GBC's, you made your own bed.

And your point was…? they are legally required to post drop rates. What part of drop rates actually impressed you to call them “transparent”?
@Kabam Miike@Kabam Jax Can you please add the Banquet Crystal Bundle to the Summoner's Market? You don't have add anything, just give us another option to pay other than in game. Thanks!!

Doubtful. They essentially set up these sales and left for the holidays.
At this point, I think the devs are just watching to see how this event panned out financially before saying a word. They know that the response has been overwhelmingly negative... and telling the players they they're wrong for being disappointed (which at least one dev has) doesn't get them very far.
I just started playing seriously around 2 months ago after having a really bad first impression of the game in 2016 and only took a second look after the prime gaming bundles popped up... I've since tried to get a few friends into the game who played briefly before quitting as soon as they understood how the banquet event functioned and realized that they were being presented with objectives that were literally impossible to achieve with their new acconts without spending exorbitant amounts of money.
While I've had some fun and have grown my account greatly with banquet, I can't get a single friend to stick with this game beyond act 4, purely due to HOW they monetize the game. It's sad, really.
This event left a bad taste in a lot of mouths, both old and new players alike, and acted as both a first and final impression for people that I know would have dove in head first and spent thousands over the lifetime of the game if only monetization was handled differently.
If Kabam's goal was to make money, I'm sure they did fine... but if their goal is to gain and keep dedicated players... eek.
