Did you cheat and get banned?
And during that process it instead created a new game account and started back at Tutorial with only a few champs ?
If so, go into game settings (upper left corner in game) and select LOGOUT.
That might take you back to your original account ?
*OR* (maybe the reverse happened ?), you were logged in as your actual account, and then did Logout, which reverted to some other new account as default instead) ?
Or Google Play or Apple GameCenter is involved ??
Again, details of what you did or are seeing still not exactly clear. (prior to last several rapid comments just above)

or MCOC Game account ?? And how do you know it is “deactivated” ? Just can’t login, or does it say “Deleted or Banned, etc” ?.

So, do you still have access to your Google Play account (with Google itself) ?
And that is the SAME Google Play account that you always used before ?
And that Google Play account has also always been used for your MCOC account ?
Is it SAME device/phone as you have always played MCOC via your Google Play ?
And you have NEVER had an actual KABAM ID to login to game as ?
And you have NOT recently tried to create a Kabam ID to link to it ?
And have NOT recently tried to change your MCOC Summoner Name ?
And in MCOC, you are currently NOT logged in (left corner settings) as any Kabam ID for login ?
And has that always been the case before ? (Would only use Google Play for game ?)
