The lower progression levels have selectable class nexus crystals, however those don’t yet exist for 7*s, so it is a selectable class crystal instead

7 star nexus do exist. They were in the romance crystals last week. I bought the offer on the presumption it was a nexus crystal. I would never have spent that amount of money on a class crystal.

I don't see how this is any different than wrong items / wrong drop rates of the past.

Its sucks that there was a mistake made, and a replacement item should be sent to those affected.

This isn't 1500 mythic crystals or anything... seems pretty cut and dry, and just take some time to send to those affected.

I feel like people don't read carefully enough and just jump at something when they see a particular word.

However, Kabam should really know the weight of said word and been much more clear. Technically their description was 100% spot on because it says "guarentees a randomized 7 star version of your chosen class."

They were clear in the description... but I feel like they also knew exactly what they were doing and used that title to confuse players.

It's not a nexus crystal, it's a class selector. They've always been seperated in the past, there was no reason to put the word nexus in there. There have always been class crystals and class selector crystals, and nexus crystals, and nexus class crystals.
