There are some battles not worth fighting. You can't give everyone the extra rewards because that would take forever with pulling data and whatnot, and do you really want them to be spending a lot of time taking back those rewards instead of the million other things that need done, like fixing bugs? You aren't being robbed by anyone if someone else was able to grab raid chests and you couldn't.
Really?? I am now robbed of 180 raid tickets. If we had not enlisted and didn't pay the tickets, we still would have got all of the raid rewards. How can you stick your head in the sand like that. I don't need the rewards again, I want the 180 tickets back

The point he's making is moot. The Tickets are used to buy entry to earn the Rewards they're giving us. They took it one step further.
His point is that some alliances are being given rewards for Raids without having to do the work or spend those tickets. So all alliances should be refunded the tickets they used to enter Raids if we are giving some alliances rewards for nothing.

There is no such thing as a totally fair situation when bugs and glitches like this occur. If Players are upset they didn't get something for the Tickets they spent, that's valid. If they're upset that Kabam gave the same to everyone to make an unfortunate less unfortunate, that's just bitterness. I'm sorry.
The GrandMaster has heard your pleas about further compensation. Being both magnanimous and merciful, he has decided to grant everyone additional compensation on par with rewards from Summer of Suffering. Every summoner will receive an additional 1 gold.
And this is why we miss Jax. No word. Another wonderful lack of communication. Make the forum pretty and ignore the issue ticking off the player base.
They provided an update yesterday and clearly specified it would take at least a working day to redo. By my math, that places it on Friday to roll out. The improvements to the forum have been necessary since before Jax and Mike left.
And Jax/Mike would have had the same issue. They would have kept updates close to their chest and not made promises/dates until they were sure things were going to move out at a specific time.

I don’t see how you can argue the point though that refunded the Raid tickets to all of us who used them to make the situation as close to even and fair as possible, can be a wrong decision. It’ll never be completely even and fair because Kabam cannot return to us the time we used to actually play the map in Raids to get those rewards. But to try to make things as close to fair across the board, they can and should return the tickets used by all alliances who played Raods last week. I expect you’ll just disagree with this point @GroundedWisdom for some reason, no matter what I say. My point though has nothing to do with bitterness to those who received the rewards when they were shut out of the event by Kabam. As I already said, they should receive the rewards. My point is just an attempt to have things reasonably square across the board, and I think it is something Kabam can do pretty easily if they wanted to do it.
I’m almost always an optimist. The AQ/Raids issue has been going on since September 2nd. At this point my expectations with this are so low I would be fine if they just said scrap the comp let’s move on.

I agree that the expectations at this point are disappointingly low, but the only reasonable alternative to the current comp plan is increased comp for the delay.
Hey folks, following along with the teams progress and trying not to bug them too much for status updates on this and it looks like we should be in a position to send this out today. As mentioned before to fix the issue with the comp we had to rebuild it and then that rebuilt one required testing to try and prevent the same issue from happening all over again. That testing was being done yesterday and was why it did not go out in the afternoon/evening. So, now that its done, Im hoping its not too long now before it goes out today. However it is still early here so will need to be just a little more patient. Y'all have already been incredibly patient so far and we are extremely thankful for that.
And how about any news on increasing the comp to include a refund of Raid tickets to those alliances who had to spend them to get into Raids @Kabam Pinwheel ??
