Yes thats right exactly, i logged with the new email but when i request a password change cos i want to change it why not? They send it to my old email that is not even connected to kabam? So when i contact kabam (vis ticket) they dont even help, all they say is infos dont match, like its been going on for 3-4 days now and i dont even know what to do.
When i use the link and put the email to recover it says it doesnt exist. As mentioned previously, Microsoft deleted the email (check my old post) so neither kabam wont help me as to why im not receiving any code on my new email that i use to login into the game.

Unfortunately there is little to no help to found here on the forums. Only support can look into this. Not sure what help that other guy thought he was offering because he just made you restate everything in the original post, but he wasn't going to solve your issue. At the end of the day, if you aren't getting the email to reset your password, you're probably not going to get it. But if you can still login to your account, and its under the new email, I wouldn't stress too much about a new password. It would be a different story if you couldn't login at all.

Are you sure you entered it with valid format, @ and period ? That's normally what is referred to as not valid.
Otherwise would have said “not found”.
Also, if your new email is now (somehow ?) attached to your account, and you are able to get Kabam emails to it now, what's the problem.
If you are wanting to change the password too (why do you need to ?? if you can log into the game with it).
It is probably very common that when email/login username is changed, that you may not be allowed to also request password reset right after. That could indicate someone trying to take over an account. (especially if they didn’t know the password before and are trying to do a reset of it right after changing login username info).

Well ive been contacting them for 2 days straight and doesnt reply and just says the same thing ”information does not match”

Issue my account has my new email so whenni try to change my password using the new email, i dont receive any email with a code. I mean i receive nothing at all no matter how many times i do it with my new email. This is what kabam said once i messaged them regarding it.

If ur old email does not exist, what is stopping you to add that old email address as an alias or just create a new email address with that name ? Not sure if you have already tried that

If ur old email does not exist, what is stopping you to add that old email address as an alias or just create a new email address with that name ? Not sure if you have already tried that

Gonna go ahead and close this thread. The only way to resolve this issue is to go through Kabam support and frankly there's a lot of red flags or questionable scenarios here. Regardless though support are the only ones who can get this sorted, not something for the forums.
Also a good time to remind folks about the benefits of 2fa and frequently changing and not sharing passwords! Good housekeeping tip of the day.
