For all the reasons above, I have said farewell to my Alliance and this game. The game has become an endless treadmill. Endlessly repetitive. I haven't ranked og spiderman since I had to use him as a 2 star. I have him as a 1,2,3,4,5, and six star. Each of those and all of their duplicates represent a waste of time, as does og Capt America, and the list goes on. Yet we open them over and over and over again. And every tier takes more and more resources requiring more and more grinding. I am taking back my time and my life. I am stepping off the treadmill. You guys can have the buggy champs and bugged AI, the 60 FPS and new skins for old champs. There is nothing of consequence that has changed. Quality of life is worse and worsening. Good luck and goodbye!
you're entitled to your opinion but objectively QOL has never been better

Arenas - I said in a different thread, you don't want us to update Arenas. It would almost certainly result in lower Unit yields per time spent than the current tuning.
I would be happy with a lower unit yield per time spent if it made the event more compelling overall.

There is not a single thing in this game more compelling than units. Tf are you on about

We won't miss you
We don't miss a lot of the people who announce they are leaving, because a lot of them don't disappear long enough for us to miss them.
I'm also surprised and yet not really surprised whenever someone learns what a game as a service is. I mean, I guess they might have been a novelty in 2004, but not I would think in 2024. Calling MCOC "an endless treadmill" is like calling a beach "needlessly sandy."
Fishing is endlessly repetitive. And I don't really fish. Golf is endlessly repetitive and I don't golf either. But I don't begrudge those that fish or golf, or fish on golf courses. If you don't like something, then you don't like it. Stop doing it. But don't parade this revelation like everyone else hasn't caught up to you yet. No matter how boring you think golf is, they aren't changing the rules of golf for you. No matter how pointless you think fishing is, you're not going to convince everyone else to stop doing it. And if you think MCOC is endlessly repetitive, then go find some other hobby that isn't endlessly repetitive, like I don't know, bank robbery or radioactive taxidermy.
To me, this game is not the same as it was two years ago, or four, or eight. Yes, there are problems, but there have also been a lot of improvements. There's things I do now that didn't even exist a few years ago. There's new champions, there's new game modes, there's completely different content than when I first started. Challenge content, Everest content, even the core Acts content is designed completely differently than it used to be.
If you can honestly say that nothing of consequence has changed and quality of life keeps getting worse, this game is not for you, and it was never for you, and it never will be for you. Leaving is probably the best thing you can do. Just don't assume anyone else is going to care, because the rest of us don't see what you see.
