I think I would be mildly satisfied if the Christmas bundles allow you a 2:1 on superior crystals. But even then, I would need at least 200 tokens before you start to see anything decent.
I suspect you are going to offer 4 keys with odins, giving people 4 champs they probably don’t care to have + 40 crystals. Why not give people a choice with what their top prize is. I personally couldn’t care less about the keys. What if I don’t want the key selector box and instead would rather have a trophy champ.
Or maybe because it’s Christmas go crazy and give people an actual deal for the day and say 3,000 units gets you 30 superior crystals. That would actually be worth buying.
As a recent valiant, after opening 55 crystals, thought the openings would be elevating my account, but I was unsatisfied with the amount of iso, fragments and 7* shards. can't even take 1 champ to rank 3. Disappointed with the event completely.
Also for the Banquet realm milestones, did you guys just give up after Isophene ? If people are spending that much, why only give 1k titan shards after what appears to be your top prize ? Why not offer full titans or a titan nexus ? It seems like someone threw up their hands and said ok we’re done. Why not add some smaller milestones in between ?

on what basis you are saying that you succeeded, have you not seen people videos on YouTube your ccp members and all especially the Lagacy one dont you see how people are so disappointed or was disappointing players was your main goal so that you are saying that you succeeded. Those crystals were rigged the drop rates were so bad on them people will spend 15 k units and wont even have enough titan shards to open a titan. I'm sorry but you guys failed spectacularly this time. Dropped 15k units and my biggest takeaways were gold and the decision that I should at least R2 all my 7 stars regardless of usefulness.
That holiday calendar better make up for this, and valiants should get something that rewards them for being the top tier of Summoners in the Battlerealm
I am not that unsatisfied with the rewards. Yes the crystals are trash but I consider them just as the way to reach the milestones which have quite the decent rewards (provided that we will get to the final ones of the Realm event otherwise it will be a catastrophe) with the small chance to get something good on top in the process.
My main complains are those: 1. The required cost of 15k units to get all the rewards compared to the previous year one. Kabam hasnt increased the amount of units you can gain from the game by nearly that much. 2. The amount of points a player gets from the free banquet crystals we ve been farming for several months is ridiculously low. A free superior banquet crystal should give the same amount of points you get from the one you ve bought and opened (400 instead of just 100). Otherwise its just a joke. 3. Guardian key should ve allowed to select the champion you want not a random one.

We just wanted to take a moment and address some of the concerns around our Banquet event this year as we see some of you are disappointed with the Superior Banquet Crystals in particular.
We wanted to move more of the rewards to the milestones, while keeping 7-star relevant rewards in the crystals as you build up your tracks in the various milestones between solo and alliance-based events. Our intention was to improve the experience over last year's event, and feel we have succeeded in that goal.
That being said, we want to make sure the game team sees and hears you, so please leave your constructive feedback on what you’d like to see changed.

French player who spent the last three months in the arena, spending 10 hours per week for this with 25k units put at the banquet. Result: a complete t4a, 50k 7 star eclat and 8k eclat titan... clearly disappointed with the time spent in the arena for that... I don't even want to play the game anymore, it disgusts me to have wasted time for nothing .

"They'll blow your mind" Then to say you want feedback while everyone is extremely burnt and you're still trying to defend the crystals. When banquet info dropped, everyone started criticizing it. I was the one who was defending kabam and said crystal will give some good stuff. Because they said there will be less filler in the new superior banquet crystal. So I was optimistic. I dropped 21k units, thats 70 crystals right there plus 12 crystals from banquet tickets, 4 crystals from milestone. So total I opened 86 crystals. All I got was 2.5 t4a, 13k 7* shards, 5k titan shards, some t7b shards, and rest was t5, t6 shards Thats all. I'm a reasonable guy. I was not rooting for lot of titan crystals, nexus 7*, guardians key, and all other real good stuff. But can I not expect just 1 of the above given items? Dont get me wrong this event is really good compared to last years. But the way you hyped it up saying the crystal contains only 50% filler, that point really really bothers me.
One way would be to rebuild the crystal and send a per Crystal compensation to all who opened those superior banquet crystals 🤷♂️

As a sort of motivation for people to open SBCs, you can make the crystal to give one of the top rewards (Jesicca/selectors/titan) as a guaranteen reward every for example 30/50 crystals open. This you would guarantee that majority of players will get that dopamine boost (that obviously is missing for them this year) and reward big and medium spenders.
I agree with what they are trying to do but could do it another way.
As a compromise I would unlock the minimum points within the realm event. This means all the community benefits from the community effort.
Individual efforts should be locked in our solo event. Ideally the alliance event would also not be locked by individual contribution but thats more an opinion than suggestion.
Also, the stuff within the crystals, I don't think the whales would be that much further ahead if they got a thousand crystals, it would just mean Sig 200 every champ with extra gold and iso which they are probably overflowing with anyway. Only thing they would need to do is remove the t4a from the crystals for this.
You overloaded crystals with items that Valiants have been stockpiling for months and much of it is just going to go into the overflow. Getting the R2/3 materials isn't the end of the world, and they do have value, but they also cost more units for less materials than we can get in other places of the game.
There is a continued overvaluing of 7* champions. In old gifting events (and I do mean in the 6*R3 and earlier days) we could open 50 crystals and get several 6* champs worth of crystals, but in 50 crystals this round we might not even get one full 7* crystal. We won't even touch Titan crystals. I got 2k shards in 66 crystals (20k units worth of crystals). That's insane.
Because you can't give too much to TBs, it seems like Valiants got the short end because we are stuck sharing a prize pool with them. But that isn't just this event, it is fairly consistent across the game that Valiants will share what is ultimately reduced rewards in most content we get to play (but that's a conversation for another day).
The basement is too low, the ceiling is exciting, but our options are basement, 1st floor, or ceiling another 10 stories up and nothing in between. The scaling isn't reasonable because the drop rates lean too far in the direction of the basement.
I've never had good luck with banquet or gifting crystals, but I have never been this disappointed by a crystal opening. Had this event not been hyped as much as it was by Kabam, it may have been easier to digest. Overall, celebrating 10 years has been a great time, but it's ending on a sour note.

The main problems as I see it is that Kabam and the Valiant players have very different opinion on what fillers might be in an event like this and that they tier up Valiant and TB together. If I really try, and I mean try hard, I can see how Kabam can say that they reached the goal but they should have created the event with the combination of player perspective-game economy-Kabam economy instead of just focusing on economy. So even if the effort was to make it better, in my opinion Kabam failed on this one. And finally, to hype something like they did requires delivery. Pls don’t do it if you’re not sure.

Your expectations of them fixing this are way too high. I just won't spend a dime anymore, and its not out of spite or anger, this game is just not worth the investment anymore. I mean what's the point when all they do is events where the 3rd progression level gets the most and that is INTENDED. I might as well grind arenas and stay still in the game, that way i can get rewarded. Who knows maybe next year we will see TBs and Paragons with r4s and that's the next goal...
