Seems like 100 Superior Crystals, I would have gotten better than this. Lots of iso and some tier 6 and 2 alpha. But overall. I do feel robbed. Definitely don’t feel like saving for the past few months was worth it. I really expected more excitement this year. Even in years past, I was not overwhelmed, but did not feel I was assaulted. Seemed like much more hype this year. And the superior crystal and all. That was a pretty disappointing 5 minutes of crystal opening…
My recommendation, put a little more thought in these. We need to get more than 1 7* champ for this kind of spend. So the percentages are anll wrong, for sure. And even that put in a real selector of some sort to at least make us feel like we have a choice in our own destiny for that lone champ I got.
Kinda surprised there was no relic shards or anything I was hoping for a 6* relic coming my way.
I will definitely put more emphasis on other events next year. And not hold out for Banquet. Which is sad, as I have looked forward to this year over year.
I suspect they're going to give everyone the rewards they would have gotten. Someone mentioned the idea that they'll probably stack the points as if the community had reached the milestones. Imagine the bad PR if they don't.

We just wanted to take a moment and address some of the concerns around our Banquet event this year as we see some of you are disappointed with the Superior Banquet Crystals in particular.
We wanted to move more of the rewards to the milestones, while keeping 7-star relevant rewards in the crystals as you build up your tracks in the various milestones between solo and alliance-based events. Our intention was to improve the experience over last year's event, and feel we have succeeded in that goal.
That being said, we want to make sure the game team sees and hears you, so please leave your constructive feedback on what you’d like to see changed.
It has been absolutely amazing so far I'm a cavalier player and I got 5 new 7* and 4 6* on rank 4 and pulled Hercules and duped him .
Your experience this year matches my experience last year when I was cavalier. As a cavalier you're getting rewards from this event you don't regularly have access too and it's going to boost your game to the next level or even the one after that.
What you're hearing from the frustrated people is that we're Paragon or Valiant, and these rewards are more of what we already have access too. Nothing that is coming from these crystals or even the rewards are helping any Valiant player take their r3 7* champs to R4. I'll bet the Thronebreakers are loving this event because they're getting stuff they didn't have, but for a lot of people the rewards they're getting from this event and all the units they're spending are less than they should have gotten - especially for a 10 year anniversary of the game.
With one word - Disrespectful With monthly calendar and daily super event we get more 7* shards than with 15k units for banquet crystals. With mine 50 crystals I saw fragments, fragments.. then again fragments and in the end fragments again.
Now I'm gonna dream fragments
dude! i didn’t even think of this, 3 days of daily super gave me more shards than 50 of the superior crystals i opened. shameful.
They're going to have to do something big to compensate the Paragon+ players.
Wassup Kabam team. I appreciate you opening up this avenue of communication to discuss feedback. The biggest problem is not the reward total, the realm event was a nice touch. I said this on another forum post. But we were promised on the livestream that there would be less filler in the crystal. However, the main reward in this crystal (highest likelihood item to receive) is t6cc FRAGMENTS, And less than we can get in other stores in game. This includes the rank up store, and the BG store.
This is textbook filler. The vast majority of circles that I interact with have only received/opened terrible rewards. This event was hyped as the grand banquet, an event to end all events, celebrating 10 years of the game, and the main way we interact with the event is lackluster.
Whether it’s compensation, or a tune up to the drop rates, I firmly believe that this would show the community that you care about the amount of time and effort we put into the game.
Side note, I do appreciate all that you do for the game and the amount of feedback you have to wade through.
I completely agree. Paragon+ players all know that Kabam screwed up, and so do the Kabam folks. Some honesty and compensation would go a long way toward fixing this. Otherwise they're going to find many, if not most, Paragon+ players simply unwilling to grind for units or buy unit cards. I've spent $35 on unit cards since last July, and for sure I didn't get my money's worth.
This even has been an absolute heyday for Thronebreakers, who don't have access to these kind of rewards, but to Paragon+ we see these kind of rewards all the time. This could be fixed somewhat by giving progression-based compensation packages.

If the rewards from these crystals were great we'd already be half-way up the realm ladder by now. Players would be popping them left and right, but that's ground to an almost standstill.

Massive disappointment for an event everyone looked forward to with so much excitement. 10 year anniversary event and the expectations were sky high. Began stock piling units since October. Bought close to 50 SBC and started opening them one by one as soon as the event began. Cats cats and cats. At a point it all fizzled out and thought I’d quit the game. Not worth spending so much time and money. Can’t believe I spent 10k units to rank 2 a couple of 7 stars.

This has been so poor that it has made me request a full refund from Apple for the banquet buffet bundle. If it means that Kabam will charge me with a huge negative unit balance then so be it. I will just quit the game forever. Thats how frustrated I am with the pulls.
I think there might be an easy fix. Just delete the milestones with rank up materials. Slide everything else down. Maybe add a few more solo milestones for those that spent. Everyone gets the dupe at that point. We are getting plenty of mats in the crystals. So let the milestones be the prize.
Oh yeah, making the crystals acquired from the traders outpost ineligible for purchase points was also a bad move. Probably even more insulting to people who spent money to get extra tickets for tokens
I think this event was over hyped. With it being a 10 year anniversary on one of the biggest events during the year, i tthink we all expected some massive account gains. The 4th of July 2023 was better for my account.
One of the most exciting parts of this game is popping a crystal and hoping for something crazy. Rng wins spike dopamine like nuts. These crystals lacked that excitement. The milestones were nice but not everyone can reach the top milestones.
I had 11 free crystals which was cool at 1st. That's about 3,300 worth of units. That didn't give me a 7 star crystal, enough to r2 a champ, or any significant amount of shards (7* basic or titan) I thought it was bad luck so I continued and started spending units that I saved for this. Each pop left me feeling worse and worse.
10% t6cc here, a couple t5cc there. Ooh! Half a t6cc! After 15+ thousand units later, not enough for a single titan or 7 star crystal worth of shards. I did get a nexus 7 which was cool but my luck wasn't there n I just duped my gamora.
Counting those free crystals it was about 19k units worth of them and I felt ripped off and let down. Cyber monday would have given me 3 r3, a selector, and several 7 star/titan pulls.
Kabam feels more out of touch or against us than ever. I thought between last year being so bad and it being the big anniversary, that this year would be amazing. It wasn't. Plus they have us going back to necro which wasn't a great time for many of us.
Ultimately, I think I'll grab Thanos and then step away from the game for a bit.
I think a good fix for this mess would be to give tickets for every crystal opened and then next month release a special crystal that's actually fun that we can open with those tickets. Have content creators chime in on the design of what goes into these "im sorry for ruining the banquet" crystals.
Kabam should get rid of the realm event, it’s real hammer and sickle type stuff, and adds nothing to the experience of the game
It gives extra rewards to lower progression players more than to people who progressed. Like this trash banquet event designed to "let them catch up"... Out of the 3 events we had I would like to see the results of 1 where a lower progression player shined and carry.... It all became a charity all of the sudden.
I disagree with getting rid of realm rewards. I honestly don’t think it is the end of the world for there to be an element that is great for Thronebreaker players and can even the odds (even if just a little bit)…and I am a Valiant that enjoys whaling
I think this issue was mostly in the communication prior to the event. The entire event (the free 10 7* characters, the milestones, etc.) are truly not terrible when all is combined. We were just expecting more from the banquet itself.
When that was combined with the abysmal drop rates of the SBC’s; it makes the event “feel” very bad (even though it was one day of a larger event).
Was I upset opening approximately 200 SBC crystals and seeing not a single “high end” hit? Yes.
Was someone in chat excited to open 11 crystals and get 7* Jessica Jones? Absolutely!
Did it make me feel even worse for saving up, buying daily’s (for the tickets) for months,, and spending 60,000 units “worth” of value (while watching someone who spent nothing get a reward better than all of mine combined)? Of course.
But that’s part of the game. That person will remember their banquet JJ forever. A lot of Thronebreakers are having an incredible Banquet.
When I think of all of the milestones, the free champs, etc combined…while it still was not worth my investment; it wasn’t a complete loss.
That, and someone has to lose so others can win (thronebreakers, etc.).

What for these worst top milestone rewards? It can be formed easily by opening 7* crystal (most of time dupe champs)
So change them as full Titans & Titan Nexus (it's 10th year and Nexus give option of new champ for happiness)
