@mcoc team, Bought an Odin expecting a Gifted Guardian Key just like it says in game. No key & no offer to make it right. When the game team says something is available they should make sure the product is actually for sale

U should read it more carefully banquet all fathers odin whats in game atm is just an all fathers vault the bundle will drop on christmas deals
Where does it say there that the particular Odin needed is not available currently? It's misleading to say the least. Every other event they have throughout the year, deals are released in conjunction with the event. This should've been no different.
That's how it's always been. They open the event with the cash for crystals deal, then that goes away and we get the special unit bundles, then those go away and cash for crystals comes back. Every Year.

For some people this is more than just a tiny part of their life

If this is true for you, please step away from the game. Not because of the event, do it for your mental health.

This whole event is a fraud and a scam. Pls just Refund my money or I'll file a lawsuit for going against european laws and I'll chargeback all the purchasing i made. Worst event ever.

What fraud? The drop rates, crappy as they were, were published.

This tiered **** is stupid. I've played this game casually for almost 10 years, played content and yes spent money.
I shouldn't need a certain # of champs, be at the end game content, be in a alliance, spend money or anything other than earn the rewards.
The only thing alliance should get rewards separately from others are for A.Q & A.W..
Why can't we send accolades without being in a alliance? We could do it last year.

I seen Kabam Crashed comment in regards to the pulls of the crystals and a reasoning why they do not offer increased rewards for the event and celebration of 10 years of MCOC. 'it would mean creating an enormous gap between the big spenders and everyone else' which I do agree to an extent but I don't necessarily agree that those who invest into the game should necessarily be nerfed.

Secondly. the milestone rewards. I am a recent Paragon player so a lot of these rewards to land on me well and have helped my account grow a bit, however, there is only so much in which I can get out of these milestones because I am not a unit spender which means eventually I will get stuck on a certain milestone and that progression will be very slow in comparison to the big spenders. So in proxy, these milestones are actually 'creating an enormous gap between the big spenders and everyone else'.

In my honest opinion, the milestones shouldn't have a prerequisite to unlock the stages because not every player can spend and open these GBCs/SBCs as reliably as the devoted investors that are the community whales, so the milestones that are released are in fact more so for the big spenders then the whole community as a whole. I believe personally that having the GBCs & SBCs having better rewards for them to invest in while removing the prerequisite of milestones for players would actually create an environment where us lesser spending players respect and appreciate the spenders more for what they actually bring to the game as a whole. Community is a big part of a games expansion and long term lifespan.

Many thanks if you read this all, I'll take any feedback.

But this is the big problem Kabam has created for themselves. I think we can all agree that the really top rewards are in the Realm event (the 7* AG, t4a’s duping Isophyne, and now multiple 7* crystals, including a 7* nexus). Are you suggesting the rewards should be available to everyone who contributes toward the event, whether you spent 50 units or 50,000 units? This doesn’t seem right or rational.

The top rewards should have been behind a Solo event really. The way they have it structured won’t work out unless many more people are prepared to spend (which contradicts what Crashed claims they don’t want to do by “ creating an enormous gap between the big spenders and everyone else.”)

The looming issue is going to be that there are many people who have spent to reach their desired tier in the Realm event, now relying on people to continue to spend to open garbage crystals (for what purpose I don’t know) to help push the Realm totals up so the “spenders” can get the milestones Kabam has set out.

Unless the rewards for the crystals themselves were worth the 300 unit investment, why would people who have no shot at reaching the best tier rewards keep buying them?
100 percent agree. I love the concept of the Realm Event if it’s done in good faith. In this instance, I assumed the SBC crystals would have greater drop rates and be good enough to where people were excited to participate. I assumed Kabam would want us to reach those high milestones, especially with it being a celebratory occasion given the 10-year anniversary. But now I’m well over 20K units spent and due to the backlash, am at the mercy of others who didn’t (and won’t) put in as much as I did? We hit the first 22 milestones in Day 1 and only 3 since which suggests we aren’t getting those “juicy” rewards big spenders should already be entitled to.

Unless Kabam decides to do something, the Valiant players and whales are the biggest losers even though they’re primarily responsible for the rewards people did receive and keep the game going. It’s a disastrous scenario if Kabam doesn’t respond properly because I say to hell with me having the same rewards as someone who opened 1 SBC in a terribly constructed event.

This is exactly the problem. This vicious cycle of bad events then sugarcoat it with 'gifts' jig is up. There is no need for 'gifts' to placate the players if you get your events done right at least for a good majority of the player base.

Absolutely disappointed from this event. I opened close to 50 crystal and got absolutely nothing. The shard were simply **** there was some silver lining as I got some decent 7* but absolutely horrible event. Kabam needs to do something right to support their players as a result.

It's not going to happen, can't see them actually making this up to anyone in any meaningful way but I don't think would be disproportionate to halve the crystal cost for the rest of the event and refund everyone half their units....

I suppose the odds were there...would be awful if we didn't hit the max milestone because everyone else was put off

Kabam is literally the Bungie of the mobile gaming world. I don’t blame the devs at all, upper management most often restrains them to not produce the good content they want to as to “not over deliver” and set expectations high for future stuff

You know it’s bad when seatin comes back after a year and makes not one but two confrontational videos saying just how bad this banquet was. He even vouched for players who spent 6k+ units

You make out like 6k units is nothing just because you lot have no idea what the value of money to game is. I’ve got 20k unties sitting there, the event from top to bottom isn’t worth it. In a month or 2 time they’ll be handing out t4a for next to nothing, this is just one last cash grab on r3 before moving onto r4’s

So fun to think…. They way they will fix this… is by adding end milestones to an event forcing everyone to spend ….. kind of scummy in the grand scheme of…. Your all mad cus you spent and got junk… now spend for more junk

It is ridiculous to expect compensation. They only think about those who spend big money. The compensation awards prove what I said. They just make things worse and force people to spend more money and they win. This is the interesting part.

    I was saying 6k units is a lot. That’s what I invested. That’s all I had.
