  Team is investigating this now, should be fixed for anyone who buys now, for anyone who bought it but didn't get it we're investigating if we need to manually send it or whats the best way to get Bastion to you. Will update once we know more.

  I mean, not sure on the age demographic here
  
  I doubt there's any company that wouldnt prioritise an issue that impacts their main source of income for the next week (outside of charities and nonprofit organizations)
  
  and it's also still not fully fixed since many players still don't have what they paid for

  Been like this for a while tho I think most of us are just used to it by now, they get a wave of complaints about the game being in a garbage state plagued by bugs and outdated rewards, then they dangle a carrot in front of the whales and all of a sudden everyone forgets.

  So for those who were unable to claim the deal earlier, should now have an in-game mail with the 7 Star, thanks for being patient.
  
  No real way to avoid being meme'd on here, do get that. Will just say this is in large part because different teams have different responsibilities and different issues have different levels of complexity (this for instance was a pretty simple fix thankfully).

  Some people have more money than other people and choose to spend it how they please. I don't think it's cool to make OP feel ashamed; there is already another thread where people (including me) are offering general opinions on what they think of the Bastion deal.

  Man the struggle has been really disheartening for those of us that really enjoy this game. Best we get is we hear you and blah blah blah. Tough job @KabamPinwheel has. I do applaud you. Wish we could get answers on the testing aspect of things cause it sure seems like no one has that job.
