Well, my 10 year old son has been banned because you said that he used a mod. He does not how to use a mod. Even me, I'm not interested to download that stuff. We only use android. I was banned for as of now 5 days and like 10 hours. I have never downloaded the game from anywhere but the Google Play Store. I don't understand. What I did to get banned. If Kabam is trying to kill the game this will do it. I feel that the game is almost done. Don't get me wrong. I love this game so much. I have been playing 9 years. I have two accounts. I have spend money on the game. I spent a lot of time on this game. My wife as gotten pissed off at me for playing many times. I used to play 5 hours a day. Now I only play maybe 1 hour a day. Hi everyone. Obviously there is a lot of consternation and confusion right now over the recent bans. I just wanted to clarify a few things.

We tested this algorithm against hundreds of known good accounts without any false positives. Having said that, in any action this big, there might be edge cases that couldn't be accounted for in advance. We are obviously taking these reports seriously and investigating these cases.
There are hundreds of thousands like me and others using lineage os / crdroid and similar custom os. The system you are using seems to be faulty from the start. 2 of our friends were banned even though no cheating was used. We cannot understand how a great team that has been designing games with extremely complex code systems for 11 years and integrated this game into the PC version with Unity could make such a mistake.
Hate to break it to you but Google Play and Apple stores aren't native to those operating systems. So if you side loaded Google Play or downloaded a MCOC APK from somewhere that isn't approved, that's why you were banned. No one is saying you cheated. They're saying you have a version of the game that isn't from an official source.

(emphasis by me) Oh my. I guess, I can't be too shocked, considering that I can't remember when a new release didn't contain new bugs. Of course then there's the on-going bugs that hasn't been fixed in months, if not years (e.g. champ filters, resource filters, having to restart the game after some number due to the unresponsiveness of the game). Suggestions for Kabam:
Hire an actuary to run the numbers before deployment.
You need more/new test engineers.
You need more/new integration engineers.
You need more/new quality assurance engineers.
You definitely need new project manager(s).
It's been how many years? 5? 10? The bug where the game starts to stutter after long play session still hasn't been resolved. Is there no application profiling tool for Android or iOS to debug the issue? Heck; if you REALLY can't duplicate the issue in house; there are methods and procedures to acquire phone(s) with the issue so that you can debug the issue.
The "bug" where the stutters after a long playtime is called device issue. It's your phone stuttering due to thermals or limitations.
I've done super long sessions if the game and have not faced any issues in that front
I've done a 12 saga incursions carry session before and had no problems too.

Might be useful if kabam did a form which had some potential common issues like:
Country you have ever played from: [will identify those who used VPN], then compile and send out a list where you can't play from
Phone used: [will identify those who installed via apk, or downloaded Google play as it wasn't on their phone already], then compile a list of phones which are incompatible
Devices used to play: [will identify if playing the PC version caused an issue]
Is Moto boost/ other running: [this could be considered an issue, if it is then it can be revoked or mention to the player so they remove it]

Messed up my arena grind and alliance events...I demand justice and hefty compensation for those of us like myself who were unjustly banned by kabam without doing their research into their playerbase and history of the players accounts before banning.

Devices used to play: [will identify if playing the PC version caused an issue]
Is Moto boost/ other running: [this could be considered an issue, if it is then it can be revoked or mention to the player so they remove it]
