    Wild speculation#4:

There's an aspect being left out. More companies are mdm-ing/checking for jailbroken environments. You can have a legit app but if it's running on a jailbroken device, maybe someone decides that's a bridge too far now.

    Again, wild speculation.

but then, what you do with the phone is up to you and not a game's company unless you are jailbreaking it to cheat and hack the game.
What I do with my clothes is up to me, but if a restaurant says tie, jacket and shoes (not sneakers) nothing you can do.
it's not quite the same analogy, if i were to put it in terms of cloth it'd be more like. having a recommendation of the color to wear for a party but the best you have is a whole different color, you won't get kicked but you would look like the odd one out

They are not recommending, they are demanding.

If Kabam investigate any ban to be wrongful, Kabam should reverse the ban immediately and compensate those players

In the past, when bans have turned out to be mistaken Kabam has reversed the ban. I have also heard of players getting compensation for such errors, although it is hard to say whether that always happens because it is an extremely rare occurrence. But anyone who thinks they were banned in error should still open a support ticket, because they do investigate those reports and you have nothing to lose.

I don’t think there’s anything more they need to say Is there? They believe all the bans are legit and if someone doesnt think so they need to put in a ticket. If enough of those tickets produces any significant amount of users banned in error then they may say something new

They said they were reviewing these cases. I don't expect them to respond to every comment with details.

Couls you let the players know how to submit a ticket, since they can't do ingame.

Я скачал игру с помощью getapps там было написано это официально, неужели если проверить не будет видно что не было использовано никаких сторонних программ ?

I downloaded the game using getapps, it was written there that it was official, if you check it won’t be clear that no third-party programs were used?

Written where? On getapps? It really doesn't matter what they say. Getapps is not approved by Kabam.

but I didn't know, first they banned me and then they said that an official source was needed, it's very offensive

You agreed to the terms and conditions when you made your account. They're simply enforcing the rules you agreed and failed to follow.
It stinks, but it protects the integrity of the game.

I see that even though I have reported hundreds of accounts in the game and sent them SS images, they are still playing the game. Many players like me have had their accounts suspended even though we did not violate any rules. It would be a sucker to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Maybe you reported players that didn't cheat.

I am one of the players that received a 7 day suspension. I have only ever installed MCOC from the (actual) Google Play Store and on PC. I have never modded the game or used a game accelerator (which I'm seeing many people talk about here). I am a typical user in the U.S. I submitted a ticket and got the form letter. I was waiting for another response, but nothing yet.

Just a few minutes ago, I tried loading the app again and my account appears to have been reinstated (I got to the forum through the MCOC app) and suspension lifted. Hope for some others that are not up to no good, perhaps?

To any Kabam devs out there, would it make sense for me to totally uninstall the game and re-install it, just to be on the safe side in case the anti-cheat nukes me again? I don't want to experience another undeserved suspension.
