Can somebody from the MODS plz let the community know what's the issue now plz, I'm sure it will take a day or two but not right at all.
It's like if your working and you get paid Friday and that day comes to find out there is no check for the hard work you put in,
How does this happen every week now? Maybe create a permanent fix instead of pissing your player base off every week. It was working fine for 18 months! Maybe even start thinking about compensation since it happens with aq weekly and now SA. Get it together!
It's been 7 hours since aq got over. I can see what rank my alliance has been placed but the rewards still haven't come. Nobody in the alliance has gotten theirs too. Is there some issue with this?
Seems to be the case, I haven't gotten mine yet and there's threads all over the place about it and so far I don't think they've said anything about this one.
They keep screwing up things and leaving things broken and like to leave us in the dark about lots of things and it's getting ridiculous.
What pisses me off is they do this and delay everything and then dont make up for it in any way! Terrible customer service. No spending for me when they treat their customers like this.
Just wondering if everyone is having issues receiving aq rewards. I don't understand why it would take so long to release rewards after ranks have been decided
