I would suggest you put away your “compensation calculators” and come up with something so massive it would dwarf all these screw ups.
The cause is you planned on doing away with brackets clearing out the info to get ready for peak milestones. Effect is when you put the AQ changes on hold, the cleared out info wasn't put back in. And we the players now have to deal with the aftermath of your shortsighted, again.
No harm meant, no harm done. I'm sure you will rectify soon.

Also how do you screw this up...again. Do you not have a bunch of Papa Johns eating, Mt Dew drinking QA guys sitting around in their T-shirt’s testing this game? What kind of gaming company are you? The Triple A gaming company in my town employs over 100 QA alone plus developers etc.

Is there any testing before changes are made? These past few weeks have been utterly disappointing for the community as a whole. I am sure that the community would appreciate a working game will be better than any pitiful compensation you can come up with, keep in mind there is nothing meaningful actually purchased from this game. What is your plan forward? I personally would like to have more clarity and transparency in what the plans are moving forward. Right now, to me, it seems that you care very little for your customer base.
You talk as if everyones frustration is of this failure alone. This just adds to the last 2 weeks of bugs and issues
