**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I have yet to hear back from kabam.
And I agree with the previous 2 posters, in that the cavalier title affects the 4 hour and daily crystals, so I hope kabam takes that into account when they fix the issue.
And also if this hasnt happend to you FEEL FREE TO TROLL ELSEWHERE!
What we have is an announcement that says something like: "We've found the issue and are working on a resolution, we do not have a timeframe currently." That just leads people to constantly ask "where are you at on this issue?"
I'd think a better response would be, let's say on a Monday: "We've found the issue, we're testing a resolution on Tuesday/Wednesday, and hopefully should have the issue resolved Thursday/Friday." And if something comes up in between that would extend this timeframe, then they could announce that immediately, something like "We've run into an issue on the fix and we have to extend our deadline to Monday/Tuesday.". At least that way people have expectations and wouldn't need to ask what the status of the issue is, and Kabam wouldn't have to respond as much.
I don't see why this wouldn't be a better idea than what's going on now. People wouldn't get as upset, imo, if there was an estimated timeframe and if something happens, that timeframe being pushed back (with an announcement as soon as they realize the fix needs to be pushed back).
Has anyone received anything? I haven't.
