I just got an email from Kabam support saying "We are happy to announce that this matter has been resolved and all due rewards have been sent to everyone affected by this."
Has anyone received anything? I haven't.

You guys have gotten farther than me. I’ve sent three follow up emails to my support tickets since Saturday with no response.

@Kabam Miike I have received this email after inquiring about the rewards. it has been almost a week of missing out on everything that a summoner gets for pushing through act 6. Where are we. This is a high priority issue, why are you not in a war room working on this issue right now? I have worked in IT for over 6 years and when this happens we spend every second until it is fixed in the office working on a fix.
I wish Kabam had that level of dedication to is customers. Could you imagine how much better this game would be... ugh day dreams.

@Kabam Miike if your concerned team needs more time to fix this at least they should give the rewards manually to players till they dix the bug its almost 5 days!!!! The more you complain, the more you mention the mods, the more time they have to take away from actually fixing the bug that you're complaining about. Chill out for a second, jeez...
The mods aren't the ones fixing the bugs.. that's why they are called mods.. and not developers.. the people who do the programming and actual fixing..

Idk who does the codes nor care.. i just want my stuff already. Too many days. 5+ days and about 6 hours is a long time to be ledt in the dark checking in game every other hour hoping your stuff is there and nothing!..

I just completed 1 run of act6. However, I didn't get any of reward as described. I don't even get the Caliver tile either eventhough the process shows 100% completion.
