@str. I see the issues on both the Samsung and Apple iPad air. Most dont have this, but a few in my alliance have experienced this with different devices

Evading and dexterity has been off since the latest update last week. I evading special ones and other attacks, but it’s not dodging it completely. It’s seem the dexterity bug is back too

How about anybody with the username CapWW2 needs to be at 0% block proficiency. Doesn't seem fair otherwise. Also, those who complain about SL being to powerful (a power based on the skill of the player) needs to have an automatic mastery of bleeding 100% bleed over 15 seconds each fight.

Actually, I've noticed that she has been crits a lot more often for the past two weeks, including healing. And her l2 hits harder now. Of course no where near before 12.0 update

It's looks they have acknowledge this problem in the known issues forum, but haven't acknowledged the parry issue. They're response isn't really useful though
