So if I’m right then how does kabam get the information to tie the refunds back from Apple to the account in game. It has always been my understanding that Apple doesn’t disclose user information to the app…

I'm saying its a small give that would make a beneficial impact for players. Regardless of the intention, the CSWS example is a similar change made very recently that kabam made fairly effortlessly that improved player experience. So it's not unprecedented.

Does anyone recall kabam ever doing anything charitable in game? Something that they sell and state that they will share proceeds to a organization or event? I cannot recall anything.

OP I feel for you. You’re gonna have to make some tough decisions about your habits with this game. I think there are probably a lot of people in your shoes that would never be open about their addiction to the game. I’d advise you to seek some counseling. Wish you the best.
