Any chance on an update on this guys? I'm seeing other posts pop up highlighting differences in scores between solo and alliance scores, so clearly it's not been resolved for both as the ticket support team are telling people.

Just for clarification, all 4 7 star champs were obtained from 7 star crystals.

Removing crystals from the crystal vault and not awarding crystal shards are not the same thing. If @Mango53 didn't receive shards for completing a path, than that is clearly a bug.

Was super buggy, won a match (2nd fight), but instead it disconnected. Then the next match, in the 2nd fight which was a guaranteed win as they had no answer for my defender, I had the classic bug of enter a fight and get instantly ko'ed (see pic below). Then the next match, battlegrounds disconnected and disappeared.

As the others have said. Please test stuff before it goes live, this is becoming tiresome. Everytime there's something new there's an issue and the forums get flooded with reports of the same issues.

We had the same issue. A loss 3 wars ago was -49 but the last 2 wins have only been +19. How are we meant to progress to the next tier modifier with a broken system kabam. It would make things a lot clearer if the tiers were shown. As can be seen below a 2618 rated allaince and a 2522 are both tier 4? I'm not sure that's correct and I don't think 2618 is a tier 4 rating. How can we know if there's an error or not if Kabam doesn't acknowledge the issue or share the information?

I think this one is slightly different as it was described as nexus crystals, but they were not nexus crystals. I believe in the past when simular situations arrised and nexus crystals were sold/ described but not provided, Kabam subsequently provided everyone who received the incorrect crystals with actual nexus crystals.

This is the biggest difference between this and previous issues with missing drop rates. Regardless of all of the other issues regarding drop rates etc, they were meant to be cav crystals but weren't.
