    @Kabam Miike it still doesn't show in the game for me. Other players posted that they can see theirs no. Is the bug 100% fixed?

    May have been fixed overnight - mine are now showing.

    Same with me - App Store update made shards visible, crystals can be bought with them now.

    Like I posted last night , shards / crystals showed up.

    I’m in the same boat with my main account but the problem did not occur on my second account. Now 10.16pm Australian Eastern Time.

    @Kabam Zibiit is the issue fixed. It still isn't showing the crystals forme.

    @gmonie333 think it's only effecting uncollected players.

    Would anyone who was still seeing the issue be able to fully restart their game and let us know if they are still seeing the issue as of now? We pushed a fix last night that should have resolved it but it may have taken some time to reach everyone.

    It’s not showing up for me still as well. Everything is updated, I deleted the game and redownloaded it, and restarted my phone.

    I also deleted and installed app also. Tuned my phone on and off. Any other suggestions I'll try. Thank you @Kabam Zibiit for doing everything to fix this bug.

    I'm am still having the issue after the latest update too. I've updated, restated, and reinstalled to try to resolve. iPhone 13 Pro , IOS 15.2

    Samsung z fold 3 Android 12.0 is the same. Installed new update this a.m. turned phone on and off and still issues. Noticed fron screen is missing 2 champs.

    i was saving the crystal fragments, 28000 to be exact, then yesterday morning it was gone. i thought it was my phone or account, so I opened it in iPhone, still nothing, i played back in android device, also gone.

    messaged CC, and no reply... is this really how they treat players? spent a lot of $$$ for this game
