Jubilee
Problems: Sacrifice damage for utility
Solution:
• Sp1 debuffs' duration is increased by 2 seconds per prowess effect active
Explanation: Slow and taunt from the Special now last 33 seconds if all 12 prowess buffs are active. This should be enough time to build to a sp2 and throw it with max prowess in the orange fireworks and still have enough time to throw another sp1. Jubilee would be 1 of 2 champs in the mutant class that can counter unstoppable.
Stryfe: Leave as is
Psycho-man
Problems: Low damage and has to sacrifice it for utility
Solution:
• Sp1 and sp2 will apply shock and furies respectively regardless of which mode he was in.
• Sp1 will apply energy vulnerability in hate mode
• Sp2 will apply armour break in hate mode. Max stack: 2
• Increase potency of shock
• 4th light when in doubt mode is unblockable
Explanation: When going for utility, damage output is higher now than when you focused on just damage in prebuff state. It would often be hard to get out of doubt mode and refresh furies since opponents would be more defensive hence 4th light is unblockable.
Super skull
Problems: Low damage, hard to access utility
Solution:
• Vigilance and unblockable are gained when 2 & 7 armor up buffs are active
• Undermine and nova fists are gained when 2 & 7 fury buffs are active
• Energy vulnerability is paused if cosmic overload buff is active
Explanation: By hitting the opponents twice and blocking twice, Super skull will now be able to have both undermine and vigilance active allowing him to counter autoblock as well as miss and can still trigger the nova fists buff which is the main source of his damage.
Mangog
Problems: Low damage
Soultion:
• Increase potency of fury and energy burst from heavies and sp2s
• Hatred grants block proficiency

Problems: light on utility and damage
Solution:
• Gamma power increases potency of personal debuffs by 25%
• While in cosmic mode personal buffs and debuffs are paused during either champions Special attack
• Taunt cool down is reduced by 5 seconds
Explanation: Throwing the sp2 while at 6 Gamma power will inflict a disorient reducing DAAR by 100%. Physical vulnerability will now last longer and also increase the burst of physical damage from light attacks in cosmic mode by even more.
Hercules: Leave as is

Problems: Low damage and healing
Solution:
• Big bang dimension lasts 30 seconds like her other dimensions
• Dimensional energy fusion grants crit rating during special attacks
Explanation: Basic attacks will now also deal energy burst after sp2 has been thrown. Extra crit rating during specials will mean her healing is better and more consistent

Problem: Rotation doesn't make sense
Solution:
• Signature ability is changed to physical vulnerability granting increased combat power rate
• Reduce max stacks of physical vulnerability on the sp1 from 15 to 6
• Increase potency of physical vulnerability to 611.1
Explanation: Increased combat power rate can be gained close to the start of the rotation now instead of the end.
Peni Parker: Leave as is

Problem: Cool heavy attack animation has no effects, feels like ramp up is constant and never ending
Solution:
• Heavy attacks thrown during eradicate protocol grant 1 permanent armor up buff. Max stack: 3

Solution:
• True damage is replaced with true strike

Problem: light on utility
Solution:
• Armor up is replaced with true sense
Explanation: Having an armor up buff is a niche utility. The most notable use for it is against Havok who is immune to incinerate. Ikaris's damage relies entirely on incinerates.
Kraven
Problem: A.I. can screw him very easily, endurance passive has to be built up every fight.
Solution:
• Critical bleed part of sig ability is moved to base kit
• New sig ability allows for up to 100% chance based on signature level to reapply traps regardless of if a heavy or sp2 was used to push the opponent into the trap.
• Using a heavy or sp2 to push the opponent into trap increases the duration of bleeds inflicted while root was active
• Endurance passives are cross fight

Spidey2099 also slaps already, buffing him would be nonsense
nah this isn't it
(Instead of applying a fifth exhaustion debuff via his heavy it will convert 4 exhaustion debuff into a slow debuff and it can still count as 4 unique debuff or after 5 exhaustion debuffs dash back for Xsec to convert them to slow). So a trade off to get slow, he already has wither to combat power gain.
The sp3, that stun sometimes can be annoying so just add a long debuffs pausing 15secs or something.
He’s still a good champ the way he is but this will have made him even better and more balanced imo.

Countering evade/unstoppable is a very nice added bonus, and is actually a lot more useful than people give credit for (ex: Magneto bosses that for some reason seem to be the meta boss in AW at the moment)

Combine that with a numbers bump and she's golden!
Almost every character in 2020 was criticized upon release and it wasn't until we have enough time with them that we started to like them a hell of a lot more and appreciate them and suddenly 2020 looks to be a more well-balanced year in retrospect.
