Kabam urgent response needed

I am not sure how to fix this issue but now I am seeing this on my account. I am not sure how to address this and don't want to go back to the source kabam tech support.
A month back bought units and was charged twice opened a ticket they gave refunds for 1 charge which is fine. I just didn't want to keep going through the hassle I leave the others as is.
Now this popped up on my account.
Kabam help. Don't understand what this means. I have over 900 units.

Just checked and kabam refunded
Or did you also ask Google/Apple for refund as well, and when you saw a refund was issued you just assumed it was generated by Kabam ?
Also, sounds confusing, seems to say you will let the 2nd portion just stay as is (not ask further for refund of both) ?? Because sounds like you DID want to buy one (just charged twice), so why were you hoping both would be refunded (but would “live” with just one refund) ??
