What does it mean? You only get altitude charges if shocked incinerated or degenerated? or now you get charges every 2 seconds? Whats going on? 1 energy damage?

How much can 7 million bcs get you in terms of units and gold.

Why are 3minute War Boosts still RnG based?
This is a real issue now. Kabam has put these 3 minute boosts on an RnG timer, when it doesn't have to.
