Justification of spend shaming:

1. Exploitation: Kabam knows people will spend thousands on things as small as emotes especially if they are exclusive.

2. Structure: exclusive champions that you have to pay hundreds for since Kabam realized people are willing to spend that money for them. Large sales now cost 3x as much as they did before.

Tldr: "Spend Shaming" isn't meant to attack whales but instead criticize Kabam for making exclusive characters and sale events costs hundreds of dollars just because they know they can get away with it.

None of your points give you any justification for trying to shame other players for spending their money on the game. Let’s not forget your initial comment was to try and mock others for ‘defending the whales’.

All your points are centred on kabams approach to exploiting sales and their player base. This we can 100% agree on, but I don’t think that means you can attack others for spending, or defending people who do spend.
