I don't have spider99, and went for titan. If you are not a huge fan of him and don't plan to use him a lot, I don't see any good reason to pick him over other options. And I use sinister in every game mode, have r4 max sig for a while now, used a mutant ag on him as soon as I could, no regrets so far

Do as many times as you can. You'll receive shards for each run. Like 1st one will give you 100 and 4th one 400. So do 400 one as many times as you can in a week.

At this point he better be real. If they're putting that kinda of detail into a character for a joke with the current state of the game, that would be a bit ridiculous.
