Did something change or is he just insanely worse than the other champs? I've got so many mastery points in him (first page maxed, second page bout half full) and he still dies, sometimes in the 6 or 7th round.. What's the deal?

he's a little flimsy that's all , might wanna invest some points into team work on all 4 champs. That should help quite a bit.

Personally I'd recommend either Torch or Invisible woman to use as your main, HT just has so much damage he blitzes thru things, and IW has great survivability with evade, invisible, blocking and regen. I have taken on shatter from start to finish with IW and she's always done it flawlessly its only when i switch champs do i face issues in the 7-8th rounds

Thanks for the tips. I've actually already done all my runs with the other champs so he's my last, that's why I was so surprised at how bad he was lol. I've put about 40 more mastery points in him since I posted this and he's finally able to complete the run. Once I get all the 7* shards from his objectives, I'm definitely switching back to torch!

You don't have to keep him for the full run to get the objective. Hell, you don't even have to finish the run, just using the Champion counts towards the objective. HT is my main, I used the other Champs for one each of the initial three waves and then HT for the rest. With full personal and team masteries he is nasty, can finish rounds with almost full health

What do you even mean by statistical nonsense? It's poker, where the odds are already very small for 'good' hands. Also, looking at your screenshots, it just seems like you have bad strategy. If the highest you're pulling is consistently deadly duo, your strategy is poor.

I understand the strategy, but if the cards you're dealt are just a pair and two of the same color, how can you be sure that strategy alone will help you get a higher score? 5x in the same faction 800pts, triple 425，Kingmaker 850，double trouble 325，...what I’m complaining about is the extremely low chance of ending up with good cards even after rerolling.

That's just literally how poker works. This is also easier since they have extra types of hands to score that don't exist in regular poker, and you get three rerolls where many variants of poker don't have that many. I've only gotten seven lone wolfs, and I think only three deadly duos, and my total points across all three weeks is about 90k.

I faced few modders this season as I played more than usual.. but we can't control them.
Any moddder getting banned, I see it as a win.

Maybe fintech pulled it off. He is rocking his new Dev tag now. The enthuastic new member in the team, who knows. Or it was Mike, who probably has seniority and more active presence in the office.

Outside that,
We have ccps in line chats, we forward modders screenshots to them. They forward those to kabam. The modders still gets banned in the end.

But if someone was caught live like here, they better get banned and stopped from doing more damage.

How is kabam supposed to ban a cheater midway our matches.
Let's assume a random player matched with a modder and let's assume(from pure imagination) thier ign is totem.
Is this player totem streaming?
Is someone from kabam watching this stream?
Is Kabam magically supposed to know that a modder needs to be banned?

I don't care about Lags. But I have always been vocal vs cheating. I used to submit tickets of cheaters, Those tickets always resulted in a ban, some took a week and some few days. But then the new Korean ceo guy took over, he changed policies and modders roamed free.They stopped banning them and I stopped submitting tickets.
I'm happy that, that is not the case anymore as cheaters are taken seriously again.
But
Not satisfied on the content cheaters, they are roaming free these days and have grown in numbers.
