To be honest kabam, as a returning player I am quite disappointed by the increasing number of bugs and inconsistencies in the game recently. Even worse is the lack of communication in moments like this, an hour past without any post/response by the official kabam team, to at least let players know that you guys are working on fixing it.

Not quite a full hour but yea, certainly too long. Really just hit at just the worst moment, folks on their way into work and all. Usually Im working from home so would be around for stuff like this but Im visiting the office this week, so just poor timing. Definitely want to do better in situations like this (though ideally we avoid these all together haha)

So when are we talking about the Compensation Package?🫡😁

I had some really good results with Chavez, very long fights cause I kept waiting out that phase where he gains a ton of attack rating but it's doable. Not sure why people are suggesting cosmics since that just ramps him up faster and makes the fight worse because he copies your buffs lol just trolling I'd assume, totally can't imagine why.

Why would you use unparalleled buffs on a champ that has no buffs when there's null break? Lol

What wrong advice? You're literally suggesting Venom and Medusa, two champs with a ton of buffs that will push him into blessing of the spider totem constantly. Is it doable yes but there are Tactician options without buffs that will make the fight way easier.

Hello everyone, I'm here to report several problems we're facing in RAID NIGHASADE as a whole.
1 - Starting with the problem that the Supreme Spider is regenerating a lot of health from some champions that have regeneration bonuses in their kit, like Angela and Serpente. I see screenshots where he heals himself for 200k+, which would make it immensely difficult to take him down.
2 - Using the Tactical function against him is being unfeasible, since most of them are cosmic with many bonuses. Not to mention the role boost "Unparalleled buffs," which is making it impossible to gain fervor, since it's impossible to his specials, and holding down defense to punish the heavy is not recommended due to the high block damage and the fact that punishing him becomes invisible every time
3 - Supreme Spider is putting his spider seals, and it was reported that this ability of his would be disabled, well, that didn't happen either
4 - Those using Count Nefaria are having issues with crashes in the fight
5 - I see some reports where Ebony is nullified the bonuses several times in his special 1, especially in those who took vox to do it, they die from the degeneration and the explosion of damage that vox receives when being nulled, this is present in his kit
6 - Even though there is a 50% reduction in relation to Ebony degeneration, it is still too high, consuming almost half the life of anyone who is not resistant to degeneration, is this correct?
7 - Spot gains immunity to bonuses on his special 1, well, as Kushala, Vox and other champions will do if we can't build our fervor by role boost "Vicious Placeblo"? Its construction becomes almost unfeasible, since it removes Placebo bonuses

Please consider all these questions, we need answers and some compensation, the Nightmare raid is not fun and is far beyond challenging, being almost impossible to do it

Unrelated to maintenance issue. But why do you need to spend units on energy refill when it's a 2 day war?

Its not the matter of whether i needed to or not, i also didnt need to spend an hour and a half doing assignments and i didnt need to spend 400k loyalty on potions. The fact that i did all of that and that many other players are in a similar position to give their alliance the best competitive advantage just for a maintenance to decide the outcome of the war is simply unfair. Imagine your alliance is about to get the highest rank they have ever achieved with only 1 boss remaining and a maintenance kicks in and your alliance loses the war and their progression. That is what i am trying to get at.

Maintenance isn't deciding anything. The game literally crashed and they're trying to bring it back up. They're not doing this to anyone. They might make the war not count (which they won't correctly fix so it won't matter), or the war will still count - they will decide once the final picture is in view.
There's bigger problems here than a single war. July is deserving of some pretty juicy comp for how bad the game has been for the last week, with consideration for how bad the game has been for the last several months on top of that.

Maintenance is quite literally deciding something. War ends in approx another hour, maintenance is still up, other alliance has 20 fights up, we have 15 fights up. Both sides have atleast a boss remaining. Even if they win, they lose 20k points to their multiplier.

You say it like they chose to do maintenance right now. Only in that sense could maintenance be deciding something. The game crashed. Emergency maintenance and scheduled maintenance are the only pop-ups they have that can go in game. It isn't scheduled maintenance, so it has to be an emergency. But it also isn't technically emergency maintenance because Kabam didn't pull the game down - the game crashed and was already down. So again, maintenance isn't "deciding" anything. Maintenance is the message they put up so people understand that the game is down and they are trying to get it back up.
This doesn't absolve Kabam of any responsibility here. They owe the players a lot with how the game has been particularly in this last week. But you're acting like Kabam made a decision to keep people out of the game at a time where players may most desperately need to be in - that's not fair because that's not what's happening.
