When you look at it compared to every other event like banquet and july 4/cyber the other items you listed are minimal compared to what other events have. This event just has exclusive champs as its appeal and nothing else. I get that exclusive is a big appeal but to make it cost as much as july and cyber (and more than banquet) is a low blow to most .What really sucks is that this isn’t even a key : boxes eventually you have to open crystals to maybe get what you want. All those rewards and you get 2 7*s and a selector? Will the web store milestone have another 7* selector? That would make it more worth it. We all know that the crystals won’t give you anything so those are all worthless. And the likelihood of pulling who you want from. The 7*s crystals is next to 0. So it comes down to the selectors. For 45k units you’re giving one selector ? That sucks.You're also getting a lot of other stuff including a r4 gem. It's not just 1 selector.
Banquet gave you 3 chances at 6 exclusive champs and a bunch more resources at half the cost of 15k units (less than half)

As others have noted, the graphic is only for the main event. There is both a participation event with some free crystals, and an Uncollected+ event with more champions/materials. The cost for the milestones is exactly the same as last year for milestones with the same points.

Don't let my profile picture make you think I'm bIas, but people are VASTLY underestimating just how disgustingly nuts Acid burn is as an effect. Yeah FAM duel threat whatever, he's not got Acid burn therefore cannot be the best champion of the 6.
