To the Kabam team,

It goes without saying that the greatest problem with this event is the contents of the SBC.

Now I'll grant you, everything in the crystal is relevant to 7* champs, but you clearly put too much weight on the value of a 7*r2 by including the small amounts of T6CC shards and T5CC.

While this may be great for the Thronebreakers, it's an incredible stretch to say it's valuable for the majority of Valiants.

At the start of this event, I had 22 7*R3 champs, with enough materials and gems to do another 8 more. I point that out to emphasize the massive delta between a late game Valiant account and an early Thronebreaker account. There is simply no world in which rewards for these titles should be bulked together, and frankly, I can't think of a good reason why you would even want to do that, as you will undoubtedly reach one of two outcomes:

1) Flooding Thronebreakers with end game resources they probably shouldn't have

2) Alienating the end game Valiants

You've clearly chosen the latter.

My constructive criticism for ALL things going forward...stop bulking progressions together. The Valiant title has been around long enough, and has enough avenues to achieve it, that there is no excuse for a player to not reach it. Simply put, if the gap between a Valiant and a Thronebreaker or Paragon grows larger because of the crystals they have access to, those players have no one to blame but themselves.

As for how to gain back some good will from the community on the heels of this event.....I honestly don't know. I mean, I have ideas, but I'm certain they wouldn't be considered "reasonable", because I know things won't be looked at on an individual account basis.

Best I can think of right now is the following:

1) Create multiple packages, like a low-, mid-, and high-tier package that would be considered desirable by each progression title.
1a) So that's three different packages for Valiants, Paragons, Thronebreakers, etc
2) Issue those packages based on the contributions they made to the realm event
2a) For example, a Valiant that contributed 10k gets the low-tier package. A 20k contribution gets the mid-tier, and a 30k contribution gets the high-tier.

I recognize this would take time, but I'm sure you'll have the data to do something like this.

Oh, it goes without saying you should also add several more milestones to the realm event, and call the Stark Foundation to make their contributions to carry us all the way. Right now, the "juicy" rewards put there likely won't be achieved cause no one cares enough about opening the crystals to get there.
