It's just that the way it written , it would make it seem like she can actually increase the masteries beyond the max level. She can't. She just uses those points for her other ability

No. What that point in her kit means is :- her kit gives her 2 points out of 3 in Dexterity. But you can manually get 3 points in Dexterity anyways.
So now she has 5 out of 3 in Dexterity. That extra 2 points don't do anything in Dexterity. So instead, those 2 points will go towards her other ability which is - 25% Opponent Mastery reduction per extra mastery point for a total of 50% reduction.
Same goes for Deep Wounds

Sure, why not. Gotta say though, from my initial testing with the 6* at r3, the rotation is kind of a grind. Not very fun to play IMO and you still have the uncontrollable power gain to deal with, which is kind of cool against a punching bag matchup but is probably going to remain more headache than benefit when you actually have to pay attention to a defender and nodes in a real fight.

It is not a rule that benefits cheaters, it's a rule that protects players from getting abused due to false accusations, which happens quite a bit because players are salty or simply don't understand how champs work. That isn't a comment on whether or not the player above cheated, but it is better to have a blanket rule than one that comes in and out of play due to it being subjective. It's not hard to leave a name out of a complaint.Way to prosper cheaters…Yes it is against forum rules to post the ign when accusing of cheating can get you banned from forums if you do it to many times1. They can cheat but we won't be able to expose them. Is that right? Forum rules? Who knows how many other people he could have cheated on and reached this point.
There are avenues to report cheaters and the forums is not one of them. And reporting on the forums will not further any cause of getting cheaters out.

I think the Dev Notes in it explain what is meant by going “beyond max rank”, in that it only is used for determining her other abilities.
*Not that the Mastery Stats themselves would be increased further, because well the Masteries don’t list to what amount something “beyond” that would be. So just how much extra Crit, Duration, Bleed, etc, from any particular mastery (as an example, regarding masteries in general, in case they use that wording again for other champs on different masteries). And you can’t just assume “it would be linear”, because some masteries aren’t linear in how they increase.
**But, this may have also been the cause of her increase in Champ Rating or PI. Wonder if it was factoring in that “increase in Mastery Rank” into her Champ Rating ???

She's a Maestro level defender so I wouldn't say she's meh, without a top counter it's a guaranteed round won. With that being said she isn't Serpent level or a 4.5/5 I'd say it's more of a 4/5.

Number of fights did feel a bit tedious, 10 might be better.
The no health recovery part bothered me less than not being able to reuse a fighter. If sticking with the same format & number of fights, maybe forcing a character swap every 5 fights while retaining the nodes between each fight.

Running a new map for one season only? That’s a bold move with how well new maps have worked in the past. Takes at least a season for bugs to get worked out.
