Re: Asking for 7* Kamala Khan
Day 5065? 5200? since Kamala Khan was added as a 7 star. I can't keep track of the days anymore. No one can. Ever since the game was changed to add her, well, the game has changed. In just one "Kabam," the world was lost forever. Some of of us predicted the decision would have fallout, but I don't think any of us truly knew just how quick the world would descend into madness.
It's been far too long to say the exact amount of time it came to happen, but it was in less than a year. Seven star Kamala Khan's arrival in the contest was followed by almost all of the world's cash flowing to Netmarble through Kabam's webstore. A brand new seven star for only $11.99 USD was just too good of a deal.
With almost all of the world's wealth in the hands of Netmarble, they formed a monopoly on almost all industries, becoming true "Shop Titans." They used their wealth, far greater than any country's wealth (of course excluding their country of origin, South Korea), to form a real-life Contest of Champions. World leaders were pitted together to determine who would receive the necessary funds to stop the relentless famine in their countries. I hardly remember the outcome (though I remember Zelenskyy did well), but that wasn't what mattered. North Korea decided that the perfect opportunity to strike was during the Contest. With all world leaders in one place, within their missile range.
Destruction, however, was mutually assured. Practically all countries were wiped out from nuclear war, save those in the depths of the African continent and the South Pacific. Now there's under a million of us left. We've had to form Alliances regardless of country to stay alive, with deaths still piling up due to Alliance Wars. The continents are now just Battlegrounds.
And all of it is because MCOC added 7 Star Kamala Khan.

Re: How to beat Venom in 6.2.5 Mordo chapter
He has breakthrough so any poison immune with a fury buff will do as long as you stay alive. Personally I used Hyperion and it was a relatively short fight. Sentinel is tougher to use as Caustic Temper prevents him from getting full damage.
Re: May be accused of Gatekeeping but... Valiant EQ
My guess is they saw a huge increase in Valiant players playing EQ and wanted to get that same participation from paragon players and this was the quickest solution. Whatever ways they can get more people to play a ten year old game the better. That's the only way it'll be a 15-20 year old game. It's most likely about data. They're trying to gauge a brand new difficulty, and it has to be tuned to not only the Players at Valiant, but those coming into it as well.

Is your Post-HOF FOMO Gone Now? Are you regretting not waiting till July 4?
Since Dark Phoenix (who already had counters) just got announced a hard counter.
And since July 4 now can give you Torch (whereas HOF only gave iBom) if you saved your units instead of using them on HOF
Serpent/Bullseye took how long to get proper counters in BGs? And we got a hard counter to Phoenix announced literally right after the HOF event ended. At this rate, people are going to end up taking her out of their deck similar to when they took Peni Parker out when Hulkling and Galan entered the contest

Re: May be accused of Gatekeeping but... Valiant EQ
They're not likely going to have access permanently. It's about gathering data. I don't see a one-off as devaluing themIt has nothing to do with difficulty. Like others have said. They should not have access to those rewards period. It makes perfect sense. I never said they should or shouldn't be included. What I said was we can't make assumptions about what should or shouldn't be easy for Paragons because our experience might be different from theirs.Yeah yeah fine, so those roster building, skill building, blah betty blah building people have the same chances to acquire rewards as the tier above... and the only thing that keeps on being repeated is "Well they don't have the roster..."Not always. I think people have a tendency to generalize, but the progression markers are only rough estimates of where someone is at. Some have outgrown their position, sure. Some just haven't developed the skills or the patience to advance yet. Some are still building their Roster, and then there are fringe cases between. It's possible to anticipate that some *should* be able to do X and Y with efficiency, but that tends to be subjective because what's easy for us might not be easy for others.People tend to forget that progression is not content related anymore, it can be bought.Actually its the other way around. That's why you still have TBs and Paragons with rosters too big for their progression... You can meet the champion rank requirements by buying stuff; but for some reason they are stuck somewhere in story mode
So what is this then? Do we have to look at it as a trap from Kabam for Paragons to waste their revives and time on something they won't be able to finish? Do we have to assume they have the time and skill to finish this gaunlet but not act 7?...
No matter how you look at it it doesn't make any sense.
Might be exaggerated for me to say this, read with with a sarcastic tone if you may. As Valiants we thought the rewards were suitable. Giving access to Paragons automatically lowered the value of the rewards in terms of rarity.
Also, there's nothing that a Paragon can't get one way or another.

Exactly, its not about difficulty. What else is people using revives on anyway?..Allowing paragons to play valiant gauntlet doesn't mean paragons will have an easy time getting through, in fact weak paragons are very likely to get stuck towards the end when they run out of strong champions of that classSo what? They'll just revive through it. For a paragon account the rewards are massive and they will get them every month. All this does is help lazy paragons who can't be bothered to clear act 8.3 continue to not be bothered to clear act 8.3.
Kabam should want players to progress, not reward laziness.
The rewards are too big for Paragon and fair for Valiants.
This "Player retention" strategy is getting out of hand. So anybody else feel like the charity Paragon route is comming soon? Have like what? 6 7r3s get instant Paragon or something?
