Bastion. Mine is currently un-awakened but he's so damn good. Besides the obvious mutants he counters the evade defenders as well including Bullseye.

I like my r4 peni. Sync shield is nice for not taking chip damage while blocking, incinerate is not a common immunity, and it is even rarer for a champion to be both incinerate and shock immune, so you can always bring Iron Doom along for his synergy. She is decent on defense as long as the opponent doesn't have Galan or Gorr. She is also a pretty good counter to all the new r4 Nick Furies running around.

It would be super cool to see AI integration into “The Academy” so that we could ask it for rank up advice, waiting to rank up based on awakened ability, ask for advice planning content moving forward, etc. Feel like it would be beneficial to new players as well

I see alot of comments about people only spending enough units to get the first 7* crystal and then complaning about the event because their pulls were bad. But this event isn't really an event to only dip your toe into.I feel like that’s completely my experience mate.
Unless you're going to go all in on the milestones, due to nature that's it's just opening valiants and hoping for some luck if you don't and we all know how rubbish the rng on those is generally.
It's a wild RNG event with some guaranteed comfort at the end if you're willing to go the distance.
Did 18k units and pulled none of the champs. Then spent 120 quid in the webstore to get to 340 points. I now have all the champs bar DPhoenix.
