Re: Act 6.1.6 birthright
Hey cookie ewoks, I have considered that and ultimately that will probably wind up being how I clear that path. With all the updates the science class has gotten, there is none with fury buffs anymore and it's effecting story now. A problem I thought necessary to address.Overseer has access to fury buffs in his kit. There are also synergies that can grant fury buffs.

Re: Is Kitty Pride Still worth the Rank?
LOL isn't worth it nowadays unless for fun or if you want classic UltronDepends on what you're focused on. If you want a great questing champ, you can't go wrong with her. For BG, I would go with someone elseI’m already paragon and won’t be pushing valiant anytime soon. May try to complete act 8 and explore the LOL or crucible or something tho
Re: Cheilith is the goat
You're joking right? She is for sure a BGs champion. I use her all the time on attack and defence she is perfectly fine.I just got her for the first time and have only played around w her a little bit. What’s the best strategy to use her to get the most out of her? Is her dupe necessary?Block then heavy and special punish. She has this thing called spirit charges which increase her bleed potency by 15%. Heavy punishing and regular parries make the spirit charges expire faster, the more spirit charges you have the more potent your bleed becomes. You'd more than likely want to heavy and special punish only to pause your bleeds and stack more so they can tick all at once that way makes her damage sky rocket. You'll notice the damage when the health is 500k+. She's not a BG champion.
Also the heavy and special punishing pauses your bleeds only when you counter with your own heavy attack, luckily she has the best heavy attack range in the entire game.
If you regular punish with your mediums, you'll only shorten the timer but your bleeds will not be paused.
Go watch Negase, BmcG, or @MCOCHazza videos on her. You'll understand everything she's very good for alliance war against champs you wouldn't think she'd be good against
Nick and karate Mike they did her WAYYY too dirty(she was new tho but still).

Re: Cheilith is the goat
What kind of threats she can take? Can she take photon? She can take out photon(needs to be awakened). Red skull, her heavy range can easily reach red skull by just whiffing a light then throwing the heavy, one of the hidden red skull counters, just only throw heavies and he melts.
I believe she has special abilities against #gamma champs, so can she take maestro?
She can take Sasquatch, she has grit which works for his enraged and he's gamma as well so more bleed potency also her heavy reach can easily counter Sasquatch heavy. Heavy reach again can take spot.
She cannot take maestro his glancing will prevent her bleeds.
She also does not need special attacks, she's one of the few champs in the game which do not need special attacks to get into their damage. I personally don't use my special 1 or 2 when I'm playing her unless I'm going for the utility they both offer. I just block hits, heavy punish and go to the sp3 to Regen all the block damage I took. Since her special attacks are long and the bleeds aren't paused it's a waste as you want as much uptime on your bleeds as possible. You only want to throw special attacks when the champion is bleed immune so her specials do good damage with the guaranteed crits.
Also she has a block ability that caps the opponents attack rating at what they started the fight with so she can block a lot of hits and heavy punish
Re: Dedication Medallions
I know it's a very small chance, and I know players will still get enough medallions to get chee'ilth , but I think some people are upset cause having more crystals meant more of a chance to get 7* titania.
Re: Act 6.1.6 birthright
You could always use cmm, hyperion, robots with that fury synergy, etc. It's not perfect since they have 50% less attack but it gets the job done.
I doubt they will nerf act 6 for the 69th time, but you never know

Re: Cheilith is the goat
I love chee'ilth, I'm considering her as my next r3 now that she's finally awakened. She was my 2nd titan pull and I've had her at r2 for ages.
The only nitpick I have with her kit is the fact that the grit passive isn't paused during her sp1. You get the passive at the start of the sp1 animation, but since it isn't paused, you lose like 1/4th of the duration while the special plays out. On paper she has a 16 second grit passive, but you effectively only get 12 seconds out of it.

Re: Cheilith is the goat
If you only bait heavies this is what the r3 will look like. Bait only heavies to keep as much bleeds stacked, her heavies are long so she only gets about 3 seconds after the heavy attack until the bleeds start ticking again (a flaw in her kit) I also think the bleeds should've been paused during her specials so they would be alot more easier to sustain but ohh well. They can fix that by bringing a relic in the future that pauses bleed during special attacks(even tho it seems unlikely).
She's GREAT and I hope the community wakes up now

Re: BATTLEGROUNDS SEASON 22
Yesterday we announced our second Realm Event for the upcoming 2nd Anniversary Season of Battlegrounds.
After reading and reviewing feedback from the Community we've decided to make TWO changes to address some potential pain points -
First up, alongside the Realm Event Rewards, we will be enabling the BATTLEGROUNDS ALLIANCE EVENT. This will include the usual Ranked Rewards and Trophy Tokens in the Milestones. The Elders Marks will be removed, but keep in mind there are DOUBLE the amount of Elders Marks than usual in the Realm Event.
Additionally, we will be adding 50 Realm Event Points to the "Win 1 Match" Battlegrounds Objective that refreshes every 48 hours. This will allow for an extra 700 points for the Realm Event throughout the Season if you complete this Objective each time it refreshes.
These changes will lessen the grind to reach the Milestones in the Realm Event while making it more rewarding for competitive Battlegrounds-focused Alliances.

Re: Is there a free titan crystal??
First of all, I think it is important to state what I think should be obvious, but apparently isn't. There is no way that, had we scored any of the last few seasons under the S22 rules, we would have made it to one billion. The whole point of the event is to encourage participation, and setting the milestones in such a way that we would just automatically get the top milestone (and I'm considering the one billion mark the "top" milestone here as the obvious design target) would be nonsensical. So in terms of would we reach it if we just did what we normally do, the answer is no, deliberately not.Every time you win someone else loses. Assuming everyone plays with elder marks only, on the realm event we'll get 1 point for every 2 elder marks spent by the community. Cumulatively, we need to burn through 3 Billion elder marks to get to the final milestone. In terms of matches that would be ~16.5 million matches. This is on VT scoring, I doubt there will be a large % of games coming from GC matches which has 60% higher average points per game (90 + 28 + 28 vs. 45 + 23 +23)I wonder if you add completion points in this or not? Each win in VT with elder marks, we can get 45+23=68 points, so 5000 need at least 74 wins (in case we lose, we still get 23 points/match, so we need to lose a lot 😄)The rewards are huge. I have my faith on the community....
@DNA3000 can you break down the required EM to score 5k points for different win rates?
Because there’s a bonus for GC matches, it’s difficult to estimate the marks required. If you have a 50% win rate in VT, and you score all your points in VT, it will come down to about 110 matches or about 9900 marks to reach 5000 points. By comparison, winning at that same 50% rate in GC will award you 60% more points per match (73 vs 45). A 50/50 player in GC might get there in 80-90 matches (7k-8k marks).
Having said that, the question is how *much* extra effort will it take? I have sporatic data over the last 20 seasons that I can use to try to guestimate how much solo points we were collectively scoring per season to get an idea. Season 9, for example, was a pretty active season. I scored 411k and placed 37043. I also had alts score 222k and 1k, placing 86k and 263k respectively. With some rough linear interpolation, that implies a very rough season point total of ~65 billion points. That normalizes to about 650 million points in S22 Realm event terms.
A similar calculation lands around 60 billion points in S12, and 80 billion points in S19. These are *very* rough estimates, but I would guess that without an event going on, we fluctuate between 50 billion and 80 billion points in a season, depending on whether there is some additional reward incentive going on, which translates roughly to 500 million to 800 million Realm points.
A billion points is a lot, and without a lot of players stepping up and doing significantly more matches than normal - even during a normal "enhanced" season - we are unlikely to make it. But the numbers aren't wildly crazy either: we're probably within 25% of our previous maximal efforts in Battlegrounds.
Incidentally, there's a lot of people that think BG is a bunch of Valiants battling for GC and a few lower progression players doing two matches and then quitting. These are probably the same players that thought BG was dying back in Season 13. But the numbers contradict this notion.
First of all, we tend to have between 220k and 260k players place on the solo milestone leaderboard. That means about 250k players, plus or minus, are playing BG every season. And scoring is not heavily weighted at the top. In S12 an alt scored 162k and placed about 106k on the leaderboard. That is approximately the median score given participation numbers. An alt scored 108k last season and placed 126k. Over one hundred thousand players scored more than one hundred thousand points in Season 20. Only 20-25k players typically make it to GC. So most of these one hundred thousand players are VT-caliber players, and a substantial portion are probably below Paragon.
A lot of players of all tiers and all strengths are significantly active in BG. Yes, there are players who do two matches and then quit. But they are the exception not the rule. And yes, there are a lot of players who currently sit on the sidelines. My guess is about 1/3rd of the playerbase actively plays BG. The numbers are there to reach one billion in theory.
