Once or twice a year, you MIGHT get a selector in which you get to pick exactly what you want. Even those weren’t around at the beginning.

This event is no different than probably 95 percent of the events Kabam has run for the last decade. Ten years! It’s almost always this, where RNG decides.

I’m not telling anyone to “just leave.” People can come and go as they please.

But what do you want us to say? Good luck in the future? Sorry you didn’t get the kit that wasn’t promised to anyone and that a lot of other people didn’t get — but you not getting it and quitting is more important than everyone else who didn’t?

You can quit. You can tell everyone else you’re quitting. You can create a shell alliance and park your account there for the next 10 years.

But at the end of the day, what do you want any of us to say? The events have worked this way almost always for THE LAST TEN YEARS!

7* NF hasn't been in an exclusive crystal in the last "TEN YEARS", different situations are different based on the context. You can't say this SPECIFIC situation with HOF has homogeneity with the last 10 years, it has it's own set of unique circumstances.

I personally enjoyed the event. I am F2P and did not use any of my units. Everything I got came from the freebies that Kabam gave. I also had a certain expectation before coming into the event. I did get a single 7*, but it was not a HOF champion it was Havok.

The one I see with a lot of summoners is the posting of getting multiple iBoms. I'm honestly shocked how many people ended up with this one champion. Consider in a pool of 5 champions each champion has a 20% likelihood of being picked (1/5).

So to get iBom say three times in a row has a likelihood just using probability of:

1/5 times 1/5 times 1/5 = 1/125 which is 0.008%.

With that in mind you can see how I'm shocked to see so many have something like this happen. The probability of getting the same champion three times in a row is in theory a very low probability.

I saw in another post people asking and suggesting a cheeky promo code. While it would be nice if there was a promo code for all summoners to get a few valiant HOF crystals I don't think it will happen, but not only that Valiant crystals, Valiant HOF crystals don't have a guaranteed get a 7* so it might just end up in being more iso and a mix of 5*s and 6*s with a slim chance to get a 7* much less a 7* HOF champion. Just some thoughts.

Fun fact I actually pulled 7* immortal abomination 4 times
3 times from guaranteed 7* Hof crystal
And once from another 100 valiant crystal opened. I did not pull any other 7* from the valiant crystals

The 34 crystals were Cav crystals which gave points in the UC+ event but not the Paragon+ event. Only points are given for paragon and valiant crystals.

Comment above was from earlier in thread here, prior to actual release.

But was it the same this year too, where everyone's initial free 34 crystals were all the same CAV crystals ?

Or did they increase it this year so that top progressions actually started out with 34x of the Paragon crystals instead (giving you an added boost to your “starting point” in the 7* milestones track) ?

Others have said it would cost 5700 more Units (plus the extra free Units from milestones) to hit the 1st guarantee 7* HoF crystal, but somehow I was calculating it as 6900 ? (I think I accounted for all the Milestone Units)

It was the same as last year, Cav crystals for everyone. You’re probably not counting some of the paragon crystals that were earned through milestones.
