Hi ,sorry about my English... I've started playing mcoc for a long time since December 2014.That was during my college studies where we found this game randomly in playstore and lot of my friends started playing also.I remember my first time grinded the arena and got my first 3 star rhino .It's very fun to play along with friends at that time.Days passed new friends started playing and my old friends stopped playing...but I didn't stop.After 1 or 2 years I lost my account to my alliance mate (I even gave my email id also) because I was not available for sometime so I told him to manage few days but he changed my emails passwords and everything I lost my account...I was so devastated and heartbroken... I'm unable to recover my account so I created new account and started playing...after few years I jus randomly looking my gallery I saw a photo that had the kabam ids and password...I was so excited and happy to see that I immediately logged in and everything In my old account was there....I can't believe that moment happend....even that is the time when my girl brokeup with me I was already in pain...but when I got my old account back I was like I'm in heaven ..it really helped me to go through my pain and ups downs everything.

After few months my phone broken I was so invested in playing and I don't have any other sources to play..I was so determined to play moco.i installed BlueStacks emulator to use my mobile apps like Facebook,emails and everything and I installed mcoc also...I didn't even used mod or cheats in it .it just a emulator I didn't know that is illegal so I got banned for that 30 days .that's how I get to know that I already banned before that was during the time I lost my account.
After the studies I got a job and I'm actually a software developer and got to know Abt the 3rd party software so after that ban I'm so aware that if I do any slight mistake that would make me ban permanently.from that moment I never ever used any emulators or nothing that will change the game working flow .For more than 4 years there were no incident and nothing happened to me till now.
I'm not even completed any Everest content like necropolis or I'm not even explored the labyrinth of legends...I'm not a hardcore gamer and I'm a free to player only..but I've been loyal to mcoc playing for almost 9 years .I did my mistakes in past and I paid for that but even playing genuinely after those incidents I got banned Yesterday...
This is my permanent ban for me. I'm really sad and feel worried I feel like part of me left that even during my hard times .mcoc helped me alot and forget my sad times.I hope I really need my account back . Atleast jus check my game account history and activities for the past years.. I didn't use any 3rd party or mods or nothing.
Mcoc is an emotional connect to me.I don't wanna go like this .I don't wanna get banned unfair .I'm not blaming anyone..I just want my account back.

Kabam is simply taking increased measures to enforce rules they've had in place since the beginning. It isn't their fault that you had to break those rules because of decisions your government has made. It isn't unfriendly in the slightest; it's protecting the integrity of the game. Rules are rules.

From today on, don’t use any products from China, because they are against China, rules are rules, ok?

Besides making no sense, your comment has nothing to do with what I said. The Chinese government banned Google. You want Kabam to let people break their rules for a situation that has nothing to do with them?

Let's see if Kabam is happy to say bye bye to the revenue from China, although they have already lost majority of it years ago because they were too greedy and created a localized version to maximize "pay-to-win" mode in China, btw, Chinese players didn't buy it at that time.

Rules are rules, Trump made a lot of rules, enjoy your rules in the next 3.5 years or probably forever.

wanna make it clear that who didn't got ban shouldn't just say like yeah modder would say he ain't modder blah blah, many people got banned and have been playing since long time , they didn't ban modders only they banned everyone even those who use boosters cause the team doesn't optimise game enough and it lags hard on a mobile where I can high graphic games like genshin in mid-high setting so it's kabam's fault either warn through mail or just don't take such action

If your game’s modded, no one needs to prove you cheated—you're already not playing fair. Clean players shouldn't have to guess whether you're legit when you're running hacked code.

Thats what I said those who aren't effected acts this way towards everyone

Can we get clarity on this statement

"Another couple thousand accounts have received warnings for potential infractions"

What was the warning?

1) 7 days bans

Or

2) a Msg you have been warn for potential infractions

So I have had a quick look through the forum, and didn't noticed anyone mentioned they got a Warning Msg of Potential Infractions, just the 7, 30 or permanent ban.

If this is the case then I think it might where the problem is.

Find and banning modder is much need for the game, especially in the competitive mode, BG and AW.

However with a new system running live for the first time with this big number of players being tag , maybe Kabam could of be more cautious with the ban implementation.

If Kabam feel confident with certain players then sure permanent ban or 30 days so is great.

But I assumed that those got 7 days was the 2 thousand players that "Portential" infractions, Which seem far too risky and also pointless for Kabam. A better approach would of been a Warning msg in the line of:-

"We believe you may bave infractions our T&C, please ensure you only play MCOc from our official clients, if unsure please contact T&C or our customer support for more details"

Banning "potential" infractions players for 7 days actually does a lot of damage unnecessarily.

For someone it would affect their double check or chased item, or just grinding for 4th July.

For other like @Priyabrata said being labelled as a cheater might be worst.

Also for every one player been nand for 7 days, 29 other players also get disrupted in AW and especially Raid next week.

All based on potentially infraction.

Personally (if all of this is the case) I think it might worth Kabam unban all players with 7 days ban first thinf on Monday, honestly it wouldn't make any different to Kabam but wpuld ease this whole situation.

I agree. It should've been a warning without suspension and a way to submit that you did get your software officially or for further review to get more info. I've done nothing wrong and got a 7 day suspension, and not a happy camper. I've got enough real life BS going on, I don't need this **** from something that's supposed to be a release.
