And many of these people don't speak English as their first language, so they would be on Facebook groups or something in their own language. Also, in my experience, it's a small minority of game players who participate in the official forum of a game.

There are too much people that say the same thing. Maybe there is really a bug with this anti cheat system?It's impossible to know, because we observers don't have access either to what Kabam sees or what the banned players have done or not done.
But Kabam did use new software to catch thousands of cheaters today, so should we be surprised if a bunch of people are going to claim today that they were unfairly banned?
No, that is exactly what would happen based on those facts.
We all hate cheaters in BG, but thinking this wave of bans is justified makes you crazy.
I saw hundreds of people saying their accounts were banned, and many mentioned that they had never used any third-party software to cheat. If they were banned just because the client they downloaded was not from an official channel, isn't Kabam a bit too sensitive? They have been playing seriously for several years, with their friends.

Havok, Korg, Dust and Kindred
Imo havok is either very good or gets shut down by armour up, dust is unduped but has highest chance of opponents messing up against her. Korg needs sigs but 60+ is ideal.
I'd say overall dust is the best one.

Though I have no data to back it up, I believe that the bans have been legit. I have not seen any regularforum member saying that they have been banned. While I know our numbers are small, if someone that we know had been banned (Bendy, DNA, Viper, Pixie, etc), then I would believe it more. Every account that has said that they have been unfairly banned is either a new, relatively new, or very infrequent poster.What do you mean by “known”.
But I will also gladly eat my words if it proves to have a ton of false positives.
Known to who? You and your little band of brothers here in the forums that are probably less than 1% of the player base?
Kabaam messed up. They need to deal with that.
