I think putting up Jubliants ( if needed) would be best now. It's not something missing out would hit hard, neither reduce excitements and end positive. Or better not having anymore.

They won’t apply if you purchased/opened crystals while you had the 14 day timer. Only crystals you opened or purchased after the timer was finished.

It’s been a while for me but may have been that they didn’t always use zendesk. I also remember most or all of my communication being done through email.
