Technically the op didn’t say they are quitting. They said there is a real chance of losing them. There is a difference between the two.

I truly do not like the new EQ format. Silly. Ridiculous. Let me go straight to Elder and not waste my time with classic. Then, classic had harder fights than Elder because my prestige was set at level 4. ****. A waste of time. Why bother? This 100% needs a redo or serious tweak.

it’s on you. Why should you get anything extra? I saw it as fail content so I’m skipping it until next month, where Kabam should make it a lot better, if they’re smart.

I agree that soon the daily runs will start feeling monotonous almost like a second job.
To fully explore Daily Harvest (for catalysts and gold) plus one Supply Run, it costs about 2 energy refills. Now technically, energy does recharge about 4 times a day, but realistically after factoring in life outside the game—we only get to use 2 refills at best.
That means if we burn both our refills just chasing daily runs, we’ll have nothing left for EQ, SQ, or story content.
So after Kabam has basically Kabamed us on the refill distribution, it’ll be interesting to see how players manage to juggle all these modes.

Thanks for taking the time to show the comparison. It’s a shame you lose out based on prestige tier compared to the old system. I suspect this was an oversight and I can see them adjusting this.
The loss of energy refills is huge for me personally. I can’t bring my phone in the building so I lose some access to energy use during the work week. I play daily and I like to clear a lot of content but there’s no way in hell I feel compelled to spend units on energy refills. This is an EASY fix and win for the community.

I totally agree that it should not feel like a second job. That is why i stopped playing Incursions, Arena, Battlegrounds.
I also agree that taking out energy refills was not a clever move at all. Having extra refills would give us access to explore as much content as we like, whenever we like. If they really wanted to give us less access to them, they could have limited the amount to, let's say, 50%, not take them out entirely.
But it is almost impossible to find middle ground in this game, unfortunately.

This isn't working for most players
Casual players are the first to quit when they are stuck so that won't be good bcos they are the majority
Veteran players can adapt to the increased difficulty but we are the minority of the entire playerbase
