Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
I have problem if paragons are getting full t7b.Then have a selector like every lower milestone if that is the concern. I don’t think any account having a single tier 7 has any impact since you need three and four tier 4 alpha for a rank 4.There were knock back effects to those Events and lower Accounts having access to those. I'm with Rex on this. Anyone TB and under shouldn't have much access to T7B.So you are missing my point. All of the previous realm events let everyone contribute as much as they could/wanted to. Yes it is harder for lower accounts but they still could. A throne breaker player could have opened enough banquet crystals to get all of the rewards. A cavalier player could grind battlegrounds. This realm event restricts what players can get. Your argument is the top rewards are too good to give to lower accounts. What would they do with one Tier 7?I believe Paragon players still have access to Valiant EQ.So all players have access to the valiant EQ this month? How does a player reach the top milestone without that?If you engage with the game in all areas throughout the next two months, you'll gain points in the event.Curious more clarity for Realm event coming? soon?So this is what’s essentially replaced the Summoner Appreciation events? This really feels poorly designed as a ‘community event. This isn't replacing the "Summoner Appreciation Events."
The more players that do this, the higher the overall Milestone will get, granting everyone more rewards throughout the event.
You can reach the top milestone without spending money on the event.
There are some milestones linked to in-person announcements, etc, at Summoners Fest in November...
Is there any additional clarity you're looking for me to share?
The top milestones consist of Tier 7 Basic.
If you aren't Paragon yet, Tier 7 Basic shouldn't be naturally obtainable.
If Realm events are supposed to unite the community with a single goal, this fails because by your own admission the entire community can’t achieve the final goal.
No problem if valiant.
Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
I agreed with this but calling it a casual. Grind when you kind hav to play every day with a 15k buffer why’s making. It like that’s it going to get people burn out it simple. And 7.5k for all those we waited for the drop i know you already addressed that’s so let moves one plus putting ranked rewards when max is 300k unless you’re buying Odin and stuff I hope future get better regardless hav a great nightI believe Paragon players still have access to Valiant EQ.So all players have access to the valiant EQ this month? Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
1. Lack of communication about the point structure that previously has always been made in advance.
2. Ranking rewards only available to spenders.
3. Top milestones only available to players in the alliances that do raids (10%). Add to this lack of communication about that in advance.
4. Heavy grind for two months straight.
5. Stepping out of declared narrative "play the game modes you are interested in" to "you must do everything".
6. The reward structure made the way that all the real rewards are in the top milestones.
7. Almost no space for a mistake - miss a single thing over 2 months and you are out of top milestones.
8. Multiple bugs in the first week of the event contributing to making that "single" mistake.
9. etc
If the game team was aiming to make the most frustrating realm event in the history of MCoC they have accomplished a tremendous success.

Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
This event has far too many of the good rewards at the 285k milestone. It’s giving me so much fomo, I hate it. Horrible design for a lengthy event.
My alliance runs regular raids any not nightmare raids. If we fail to complete once or I miss a single BGs objective, I’m cooked. Ridiculous.

Re: Dfficulty of July Events
They have needed a new progression level for a while. There are people with 10 7* r4 rosters in the same progression level as people with 4 6* R4. Lol.
Obviously they will have issues catering content to this extremely different health and damage pools.
At this point they could probably add 2 progression levels.

Re: Dfficulty of July Events
So, it's hard for me to comment as I've now been ahead of the curve for EQ for a few years, but this is largely because it honestly takes a long time for them to update it
But tbf, I can remember a time when a new EQ difficulty was released right around when a new progression level was also released.. all is to say, there was a time when even the end game players were freshly crossing into a new difficulty and we used items.. and it was normal.. as we began to grow past it.. we stopped using items (there also used to be way more than 6 fights per path iirc)
But if the rewards are worth it, use items basically, is what we did
Edit: more than 6 fights per path in traditional format.. I realize the swap node style is currently being used now

Re: Dfficulty of July Events
The new valiant EQ just changed and a bunch of people don’t like it. Who knows what kabam will do with it, but it’s supposed to test your roster depth.
There’s no side quest out right now. The AW showcases are always hard. I’ve been valiant for a while, and I still struggle with them at times.
The biggest valiant perks are deals (which aren’t happening right now), updated stores (which you’ll be able to use mysterium on next week), better access to the saga champion, and the highest choice in selectors (like the realm event going on right now).

Re: Dfficulty of July Events
OP, do you realize that we have been asking for a Valiant EQ for years? Which means we have been Paragon and Valiant for a long time to put together strong rosters to be able to do this type of content. You became Valiant recently, at some point you will be able to beat it easily.
Re: Dfficulty of July Events
The reason so many players are hesitant to use anything from their stash whether its units or revives or health pots is because kabam has built an ecosystem where hoarding the absolute max amount of units, revives and potions for some kind of mega content or sale where it is more rewarding than using a couple here and there on quests unless you have items about to expire anyway

Re: Dfficulty of July Events
I think the reward from valiant gauntlet is worth a couple of revives to push through.
I haven't played the new valiant gauntlet, but the oldformat did require a pretty deep roster.
Fully boost and spend a few revives, you will get there.
