    I think the 6* rank up gem, nexus and 37k shards are also way too game breaking if they're available every month. Basically every reward would have to be scaled down, which means difficulty would have to scale down possibly, which means it's no longer for endgame players
    37k shards is not game changing to someone that has 60 plus 6 stars already and a r1 6 star gem is not game changing. I barely spend and I can easily opt out of that option and it wouldn't change my account a bit either way.
    I have over 60 six star champs and I can't say I feel the same. Adding that many shards every month is a big change and will only dilute its value further and force the addition of 7*s that much sooner

    Sometimes i forgot that for kabam the word challenging means “money grabbing”.
    Those doable with low recourses are fun, liked that. But the rest of them are definitely not ftp friendly.

    I took Aegon, heimdall, Angela, nick fury and quake.
    Took the cosmic path (Angela is the first fight).
    Used Aegon every fight.

    Hard disagree here. That has massive knock on effects into things like arena, war defense, etc... If that was grindable monthly and I have WAY more than 60 6*s
    I think the point everyone is missing is that the people who can afford to do it on a monthly basis already have accounts that are bigger than mine. I'm on the lower end of the spectrum in my own alliance. The handful of guys dumping numerous revives into this already have 13k plus prestige and 80 plus 6 stars.

    Also, it is only available to Thronebreakers and not everyone. But I'll take it with lesser rewards since everyone is so worried. Maybe every 3 months would be the middle ground to this.

    Carinas challenges can be divided in 3 parts:
    1) Difficult but fun:5.3.1, 6.2.5, 6.1.5(possible with zero revives)
    2) Very Difficult but doable: 5.2.6, 6.2.6, 4* Canadian in Lol, 5.4.6(most of these are fun except 5.2.6 and electro fight in 5.4.6) (Each of these can cost between 500-1500units and in case of 6.2.6 investment in ranking up kamala khan)
    3) Hellish mode and not fun at all: lol with 4* Starlord, lol with 4*inhumans(Both paths combined cost can be equal to how much was spent on 5 paths of abyss)

    Also I am sure many summoners will demolish all the 9 challenges within a week and these challenges are exactly intended for this batch of summoners.

    I used Ghost, Antman, Wasp, Guardian (for block proficiency and I used him for mutant fights) and Gwenpool but didnt use Gwenpool at all. I went on Spider Gwen, Warmachine path. Ghost can solo all fights without blocking. I used her for almost every fight and Mordo. I used Guardian for mutant fights and he could solo them too by using 2 sp1s then sp2 then 2 sp1s then sp2.

    Went with Aegon team, was a breeze. Got DD and "old" Abomination. Not sure i'll last to see 04.07 deals. Tired of pulling garbage after garbage after GARBAGE :(

    Hey, for any1 that did the kamala challenge, is a R4 enough? How bad is the coldsnap dmg from iceman? Any other tips? Is it possible to do itemless? If not what is the minimum revive I should expect?

    I ended up doing 4 so far. I ran out of revives so I'll wait and do a 5th or maybe a 6th one when my revives are back up.

    It's not the hard ones we complain about, it's the impossible ones. It is impossible to beat LOL with 4* SL without dumping a ton of units. It's also impossible to get past either Electro or Yellowjacket with a 3* Loki without dumping a bunch of revives.
    I agree that this fight is garbage -- but it's not many revives. (It can probably be done without revives via L1 intercept spam, but I used two).

    OTOH, 5.2.6 with just 3* cyclops? That seemed pure resource sink. OTOH, I guess it solved the problem I had previously, of expiring revives and nothing to use them on.

    (I'm at 5/9, still have all the LoL paths to deal with.)

    I think it's probably possible (if incredibly tedious) to solo electro with L1 spam if you're boosted. The YJ change is lame as dex'ing his L1 would have been much more fun -- but this fight didn't seem bad.

    Most people just won't do them. If I wanted to spend that amount to get t3a, t6b, t5cc, etc... I'd just buy offers for them when they show up and have it instantly. Why would I spend hours doing this stuff while still having to spend to get it?
    I'm pretty sure the devs are aware that most people won't attempt these, at least not initially. In fact, I believe they were specifically attempting to craft challenges that seemed impossible to do (without extremely ludicrous spending) at first glance, because they don't want people *doing* them upon release. They want people *thinking* about them, trying to figure out every possible angle on how to cut that cost down to manageable levels. They are trying to avoid the mistake of the Abyss, where instead of making it impossible and challenging the players to prove them wrong, they tried to just make it difficult and the players outperformed them by a mile, turning difficult into (relatively) easy.

    This time, they want the players to figure out how to turn impossible into difficult. And they are hoping no one figures this out for quite a while. In effect, this is not content for "end gamers" who want to plow through things. This is content for theorycrafters who just happen to be endgamers.
    These achievements are locked down to provide very few options -- your proposal would make sense if it was possible to use different champs, but several of them limit precisely who is on your team ... to someone of too low a level to solo it.

    From my perspective, it looks more like Kabam saw that some people have no need for revives when doing EQ content (I was just selling them), and wanted to provide a sink for them.

    I did 4 and have 2 more to go. I'll do the Kamala Khan challenge and the 3* cyclops once my items get back up.

    I will not engage in any of the LOL ones. That will probably just stay up since it is permanent content.

    I completed three challenges till now and will never do LOL things unless I have too many units to spend.

    Even beating collectors with Cyclops look bad to me.

    Only lol one I'll do is the Canadian one since its the easiest and has a 6* nexus.

    Yeah, as I see people working through it I’d say my initial reaction to the Loki objective was over the top. I was still thinking in terms of Act 6 and 7 health pools and thinking it would take like 10 revives to Loki through Electro (assuming you aren’t playing with exquisite patience), but it really doesn’t seem too bad.

    As far as the Cyclops one, I wonder if I’m not better off just going for a Labyrinth objective instead. I probably won’t do the Champion objective until I have a 6* KK, but that’s by my own choice, I have no problem with that mission.

    I’d say Carina’s Challenge overall hits more than it misses, but some of the misses are pretty rough.
