Just wondering if the mods are going to make an announcement soon or you lot just gonna keep quiet.
Bit naughty really, over 2 weeks since the last update. Even if you're not any further along with the fix just a hello, were still working away at it would be sufficient, but honestly you guys have the worst communication I've ever come across.
Yea their communication could use some improvement. It's as inconsistent as the game's connections. They were quite prompt when the issue initially started but ever since then, they've gone silent.
Just wondering if the mods are going to make an announcement soon or you lot just gonna keep quiet.

See the thing about running multiple accounts over multiple devices means you can't silence me @Kabam Miike
I'm sitting here reading echos of my previous posts but since I was released from jail (for being absolutley right about you lot) my posts are invisible!
Care to explain yourselves?
Alts aren't allowed. You broke forums rules which is why you got muted and jailed in the first place.
I only signed up with my Alt as I'd been muted with no explanation, I was allowed to continue commenting during my jail time and its the first time I'd been 8n bother on these forums.
I never personally attacked anyone and I let one naughty word slip.
I have seen far worse be allowed to continue on here and if I have been muted it's completely unfair!
The impact this has had is second to none, years of work into this game building a good ally and watching it fall apart through no fault of your own is worthy of a kabam based rant.
Everything I've said has been true and I'm continuing to watch it being repeated over and over.
So where is my break of the rules that's warranted this muting and why haven't I been informed of it.
Sucks that I'd posted a fair bit before realising it wasn't even being seen.
11. You are entitled to one Forum account. Making multiple accounts may result in the banning of all Forum accounts. To be clear, this includes extra accounts made after being banned, or accounts made to inflate agreeing opinions.

If you feel as if you did no wrong, private message the mods or contact Kabam support. Alts aren't allowed either way.
Something has to happen. Right now the game is simply boring as hell and uncompetative. Alliance war sucks off season. AQ is to repetative to make any fun. EQ can be autofought except for cavalier difficulty and the solo objectives that are used as side quest this month will keep you entertained for about a week. Aside from that there is nothing else to do. You cant Play story because the Game is running too bad. And arena can be done pretty fast since the changes.
So kabam please tell us wether there will be a Solution and when
I believe they’re being paid to further develop the game in terms of characters and content, while simultaneously trying not to pull away from the iceberg so sharply the massive, MASSIVE hole in the stern isn’t ruptured further because they failed to patch it correctly before going full throttle…if that fits the analogy above.
I also believe, for the first time in a long, long time that there is at least some transparency here. Baby steps folks. Baby steps.
The issue is financial. People are hurting financially and it’s going to get worse. When you don’t have disposable income, you don’t waste what you do have on a stupid mobile game. They aren’t earning nearly what they were when the US had the greatest economy in its history. Yes, this game is played in many countries, but as the US goes, so goes the world, and Marxism/Communism makes 99% of people worse off. Remember this next time you vote.
I'm using a Samsung S20 FE, the parry issue happens about 40% of the time, however I'm having a lot more issues with unintended heavy attacks, right in the middle of a combo, it will do it by itself, not sure if this is happening for other people.
So any update since threads keep getting closed. It’s ridiculous that you won’t update us. But say don’t play hard content because of the bugs. Honestly. I’m wondering why I keep playing. I can’t understand how new players seeing the state of the game think this is a game they want to devote time and effort into.

With no updates in weeks I'm curious what your idea of "transparency" is 🤷🏻♂️
It's really bad that I have to use revives and potion. I have buy energy because not able to clear in one, two or many attempts I have to make. These all the things happening because parry, dex and combo issue.
I have to use units to clear even cavalier quest. It's really frustrating and the worst part is there neither any small compensation in term of revives and potion nor there is any updates from @Kabam about the time line to fix these bugs.
The Unity game engine this game is built on is MOST LIKELY the root cause of these issues in the game right now (it is the ENGINE after all). Due to this, Kabam is at the mercy of Unity to help them sort it out with the least amount of invasiveness. The beta we tested was likely a completely fresh install of software and code which can be done on beta servers quite easily. My educated/experienced guess is that Kabam and Unity are working out a way to get this fixed that doesn't involve a complete shutdown/wipe/rebuild of production servers or some other least-invasive solution - that's assuming a FULL fix has even been identified with production code. ALSO, that's assuming Unity is fully engaged and helping which may or may not be the case. From my experience working with gaming companies that use Unity, they have their customers by the short hairs and they know it.
In short (too late), to say this can be solved by money, more developers, etc., is just not the reality Kabam are likely dealing with right now.

This will fall on deaf ears. All the armchair developers and try hards don't listen to reasoning. They also hate facts.

Maybe... still needs to be said though.
I don't disagree. It's been said before but hasn't mattered to most on this thread. Most think that this should be fixed by millions of dollars or the firing everyone etc... when it's not the case. No amount of communications would ever be sufficient enough for many of the people on this thread either. It's unfortunate but this community just wants to stay mad for some reason. They perfect in their every day lives and never make mistakes or anything of the sort so everyone else has to be the same apparently.
It is not a question of no amount of communication, it’s the utter lack of communication. I am sorry, in my profession the easiest way to piss off a customer is to not communicate even if the answer isn’t what the customer wants to hear. The amount of time in between communication here is flat out disrespectful to the player base
A "lack" of communication means little to none. That's not what's happened. They've communicated. They've had a beta. They have been communicating, just not at the frequency you'd like.
It wouldn't take much effort on their part to expand on the weekly in-game message (with AQ compensation) they are currently sending out.
Throw in a small handful of items for solo content. Replace the generic text that comes along with it to something worth reading. Even something simple like...
"- we do not currently have a projected date for the fix. - due to the extensive delay to fix we have chosen to no longer add any extensions to SoP so that this content does not drag on. - other bug handling issues (champ ability errors etc) may not be handled as quickly while we are prioritising the larger issues for the game. "
At least we (the wider community) would feel a bit more in the loop of what was going on which is exactly where you'd want your customers. What we have currently is: "Don't do any hard stuff. Oh, and have a few things to help you with AQ" I'm sorry if anybody else thinks that's adequate (Demonzfyre the troll) but I don't believe that it is

Also the Unity stuff is pure speculation at best, however you're more than quick to vault for it as a means to shift blame away from the company who makes the profits off of the glitches. Also cash is king, so if it WERE a Unity issue, Kabam/Netmarble has the cash to throw at them to get their attention. Whether they choose not to is irrelevant.
I agree it's all just speculation at this point, we can't say anything for sure but I'm sorry, you can't just throw a vat of cash at Unity and demand them to cooperate more. That's not how these these things work. You can't bribe a company. Kabam aren't the only customers of Unity.
But yea, communication from Kabam definitely needs to improve. They started of so promising and ever since the gameplay update, it's been going down and down.
@Kabam Miike any thoughts an another round of questing potions? Its been quite a while and if anything things have gotten worse since this month's update.
We can only put off content for so long, and some things like SOP, we just have to plow through, costing more items than it should.
I don't pretend to think I could solo every fight so far, but I know I could have done it in half the items if dex and parry weren't bugged out. Even If someone is Stun immune... it should at least still count as a block, and not a hit which lets the opponent continue its 5-hit combo.
The past month and a half have been quite the struggle, BUT with struggle has come compensation packages to help us see the light of the situation. And I think we have been rewarded very well with the compensation packages that we have gotten in the past 5 weeks or so. But the question still stands, does the amount of glory (which I believe might just be AQ compensation) make up for the amount of stress, frustration and anger that have come from the Parry and Controls issue.
Personally, I think the glory is a perfect way to apologise and keep us at high hopes. But every one has had the Parry and Controls bug effect them differently, in my case, it hasn't effected me at all (nearly at all).
Some people think that we should get a larger final compensation package when the entire bug has been fixed, and i'm pretty down for it. but I'm not sure if it's really a need, more of a generous thing to do.
IF we did get this final compensation package, I would think we'd see this in each level of progression:

I just had the “wait until they come out”-opinion as well, but the topic became too hot.
Many players question the whole game now.

Thronebreaker - x5000 6-Star Shards + x5 Level 3 Revives
Cavalier - x2500 6-Star Shards + x5 Level 3 Revives OR 1x 5-Star Nexus + x5 Level 3 Revives
Uncollected - x7500 5-Star Shards + x5 Level 2 Revives
Everyone Else - x1 4-Star Nexus + x5 Level 2 Revives
I need to make this clear, I don't think I need this, but some do.
They said once the fix is in place is when they'll start measuring the impact it's had on the game.
My estimation is 2 weeks tops once the fix is live
