Also i do run a couple accounts. All worked but 1. So now because of default account login to any at all. So i dont see it as a device problem, or none would have worked.
Still not fixed I still can’t login using my mobile (iPhone 12 and IOS 15.5) on the updated version. Although I am now using my ipad, which is on the old version (Valkyrie version) to play now. So I’m playing with none of the new quests or side quest nor have been getting any of the new rewards.

Furthermore, we have a hotfix going out very soon that should prove a blanket fix for the issue. Conversations have now transitioned to compensating those who missed rewards as a result of the issue.

If you're having issues logging in after yesterday's update, it is likely unrelated to the contents of this thread. I would recommend filing a support ticket. In-game, click the gear icon, then support. They will have access to your account details and can likely provide more insight.

With all due respect how can someone use the in-game gear icon to contact support if they can’t get into the game?

EDIT: It is working on my iPad 3rd gen OS 15.6 but I have not updated to v36.1.1 on this.
It's been more than 10 hours. I'm getting infinity loading screen. Can't login to the game...
