    I am a cavalier player and after logging in today I didn't get my 15k 5 star and 5k 6 star shards...I tried logging in twice or thrice but I didn't get it...all my alliance mates have got it..

    Dear Kabam,
    I logged into the game today expecting to receive 15k 5* shards and 5k 6* shards as I’m Cavalier for the anniversary but all I found were the title and profile pic. Is it a bug? My brother who opened the game before it crashed received his rewards. Please fix as I’m eager to open 6* crystal.

    And is anyone else facing a similar problem?

    Hi guys,
    I was angry on kabam because
    They sent anniversary gift I claimed it,they again and again sending it
    There is two anniversary gift in the Stash
    WTF is this Kabam,I want the answer immediately

    Also happened to me. I’m Cavalier and no anniversary reward. The title and profile pic is bugged as well, where it stays unread and could be claimed over and over again. Hope they fix this.

    I have not received my cavalier gift yet. O received the title and profile pic over 15 times already. Any news from Kabam on when they will send outstanding gifts?

    I didn't received any mail of 6th anniversary rewards. When I checked forum there are number of players facing the same issue. So we are hoping this issue get resolved ASAP and we all get our rewards mail. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

    Uncollected player, I keep getting the in game message about the title but it won't delete and I've never gotten the rewards. Any word on what we need to do? File a ticket?
