Consistent lag. Constantly crashes on both WiFi and data. I get that you all working on fixes for the game, but at some point, you are going to stop adding content and fix what you have. It is annoying to play. I can’t even get through war or Aq with crash and losing my champs.
I have given up on doing regular content because of the input drops. I am not wasting units, revives, or potions on content that is broken.
It would be great if we could great weekly updates on what is actually a problem and what is not. What is being worked on? The lack of any communication is beyond frustrating and is seriously going to kill this game.
I'm experiencing dropped connections, slow loading times, missed parries, bugged nodes like Cornered, AI recovering MUCH faster than the player can react, and the list only grows. This is completely unacceptable and if this is the future state it will either require constant compensation or most of us will leave.

Description of the Issue: During Alliance Quest, when I am using Longshot, Spiderman Stark Enhanced, or Captain American Infinity War, there are times when I hit my special and it does not register. There are times when I hit my special and they start to block instead of doing the special. I have also seen several champs fly across the screen to deliver a heavy that does not normally move them in such a way. The flying or out-of-range connecting heavies tend to happen when the game is starting to lag or recovering from lag. Recently in the War that just passed, I had multiple members that could not block (and yes I will tell them to fill out this forum). For myself, I was facing the mini-bosses and I was lagging. There were times when I have explored other content, like in arena, and the lag is so bad it closes the game out completely. Me getting kicked out happened yesterday and the lag appeared when I was playing in War. Today when I was taking on the boss in War, I got Apocalypse down to 20% and it timed me out (not mad about a time out). After it popped up time out and Apoc did his victory pose, the game froze, and when it unfroze and took me back to the map, he was at 100% health. Not only that my Sorcerer Supreme had health taken away, and the death was counted against us. How could the death count if none of the damage counted. The lag drops were nothing, but to delete damage that was dealt and to penalize my champ in the process is beyond unfair. I lost health for timing out and for the record, I took in a full health Sorcerer Supreme because I was saving her for the Apocalypse boss fight. When the game snapped back she had the health loss from the fight plus additional health removed.

Description of the Issue: During high level boss fights the parry and dexterity features are not responsive. Also when fighting high level champions the game begins to lag after consecutive hits of 20 or more. This appears to be an issue only when fighting against high level champions in all modes of gameplay. Perhaps the AI is working too hard to compensate and is causing the game to lag? I am not sure but it is extremely frustrating and the compensation given is not nearly what it should be. Might I suggest a complete revision in a test environment of the game. Top to bottom to ensure the players are getting the most out of this game and the value for time and money spent. Overall it is a great game and the concept is awesome but these issues have been going on for far too long. Thank you.
Newbie1 Kenobi iPhone XR iOS 14.7.1 Game 32.2.0 Both wifi and cellular Arenas Game stalled and would not move once an arena fight was won, closed the app and reopened it and got a message that there was an error connecting when I went back to the arena fight. It showed me losing the fight even though I had won. I then lost the final fight due to input issues resulting in a loss of multiplier, an arena boost, and several thousands of points. The arenas are already time-consuming, so these issues really discourage me from playing the game at all.
The lag issues also occur in all game modes with AQ and AW app crashes causing a loss of 50% health. Input issues are causing more potion use and can even affect war outcomes.
It feels incredibly like being cheated and severely impacts the enjoyment of the game. It seems like more is taken than given in all aspects of game play. Fun things such as EQ and AQ/AW now have an aspect of dread. I don’t think this is how you intended the game to run. Please adjust reward ratios while also addressing these issues more quickly. It’s been too long.
I really used to enjoy playing this game and am very grateful for the effort you all put in to create the characters etc. However the experience had now become very very frustrating with almost constant crashing whatever device or internet you have and very bizarre control responses. The compensation is really inadequate for the pain being suffered. If you are just hanging on as a game be honest and tell us. We will mourn your demise as a once great game. P,ease don’t keep fobbing us off though as it takes away your dignity.

Major current and common unresolved issues with MCOC in most areas of the game, specifically end game content:
0. *Persistent Arena bots and not being addressed*
1. Players’ champion is often non-responsive to backdraft (eg. character stays put - no movement for first two attempted slide-back commands with the left thumb on-screen).
2. When the Player (Summoner) has backdrafted successfully, the Ai can now somehow (skipped inputs) reach and make contact causing loss of health or KO of the summoner’s champion.
3. While in a fighting stance and not in block mode, the AI now often activates their specials intercepting the player during a light attack, light attack, command by the Summoner, which shouldn’t allow any activations by the AI with two exceptions. (eg. It is known that when the Summoner executes a [light, medium] or [Medium, medium] it was normal for the AI to occasionally activate their specials). *note - it has never been a good idea to end a blocked hit with a medium*
4. When the AI is knocked down they are able to immediately shoot a special of their own with no time for the summoner to block or dexterity (or dex failed).
5. AI recovering from their specials extraordinary quickly after execution (skipped frames), giving them the ability to slide toward the summoner and cause damage or KO the summoner.
6. Breaking through the block without innate ability, or present node to explain the occurrence. The Ai Somehow can break through the Summoners block even though the block was executed (using the left thumb on the phone screen) much sooner than contact from the Ai could be made.
7. Appearing as if the AI has dexterity abilities or evade abilities (distorted inputs). Many times the AI retreats back so quickly, it is as if they had dexterity or evades active in the node or in their abilities, but upon checking none of these encounters had such abilities. Conversely, the AI executed specials or heavy attacks and slides toward the summoner with unexpected timing causing loss of health or KO.
8. Wifing against the AI at odd moments during a fight creating an advantage for the AI to get the Summoner KO.
9. Disconnects/ Network Issues/Crashes/loading times (clicking ‘fight,’ clicking ‘next,’ claiming crystals, clicking ‘help’ in Arena or for ally board) At the start of the fight and during a fight, persistent lag leading to more dropped input or confusion and game crashes.
10. Persisting Parry/ Dex bug. Although a hot-fix was released on or about 8/2021 - 9/2021, dexing appears to continue to fail, as well as parry.

Have to say; I’ve had ‘some’ of these issues over a couple of months , but nowhere near the savagery described by so many. A few crashes, several parry dex issues, but these are near gone. The odd whiffing I’m sure is going to occur, bugs or not. As for customer service, I think in my experience, what’s described above is unfair. And not true. The compensation is good. AW stuff is fine, I don’t need them anyway these days, but the Glory has been invaluable. There’s going to be bugs and outrages. That’s the digital world for you. I get worse at my own desk job. Plus, imho, this was a tiny game, it’s now huge and complicated. It’s not been impossible to play, it has not been great, but I think sometimes the Kabam team are getting too much flack and the issues way overblown. Chill out
This is totally still messed up! The game still is lagging and dex is messed up! When is going to be fixed? Come on Kabam!!!!!!! This game isn’t even fun fun anymore because your added control issue bugs! You allowing the AI to cheat to take our health so we have to buy more is is unethical. How is the AI cheating… the lags for us not your AI. So when the game lags the AI can can still move at perfect speed with no lag getting in that split time frame to where we should have been to block but the lag prevents it and alllows the AI to do whatever the heck it please! That in my eyes is cheating us! Get your system fixed! You ha e intelligent developers and I don’t believe for one second they don’t know what the issue is. Come on now!

There is a similar inconsistent time lag when doing a combo which makes it appear that the AI can attack or trigger a special or dex away mid combo. When, in fact, the time lag changes how the combo is registering: 1. A light light light, becomes a light and medium - for which the AI can counter 2. A medium, light, light, - becomes a medium medium for which the AI can counter
The inconsistency is very frustrating though. I could adapt if every fight was the same.
