I believe theyβre being paid to further develop the game in terms of characters and content, while simultaneously trying not to pull away from the iceberg so sharply the massive, MASSIVE hole in the stern isnβt ruptured further because they failed to patch it correctly before going full throttleβ¦if that fits the analogy above.
I also believe, for the first time in a long, long time that there is at least some transparency here. Baby steps folks. Baby steps.
The issue is financial. People are hurting financially and itβs going to get worse. When you donβt have disposable income, you donβt waste what you do have on a stupid mobile game. They arenβt earning nearly what they were when the US had the greatest economy in its history. Yes, this game is played in many countries, but as the US goes, so goes the world, and Marxism/Communism makes 99% of people worse off. Remember this next time you vote.
I'm using a Samsung S20 FE, the parry issue happens about 40% of the time, however I'm having a lot more issues with unintended heavy attacks, right in the middle of a combo, it will do it by itself, not sure if this is happening for other people.
So any update since threads keep getting closed. Itβs ridiculous that you wonβt update us. But say donβt play hard content because of the bugs. Honestly. Iβm wondering why I keep playing. I canβt understand how new players seeing the state of the game think this is a game they want to devote time and effort into.

With no updates in weeks I'm curious what your idea of "transparency" is π€·π»ββοΈ
It's really bad that I have to use revives and potion. I have buy energy because not able to clear in one, two or many attempts I have to make. These all the things happening because parry, dex and combo issue.
I have to use units to clear even cavalier quest. It's really frustrating and the worst part is there neither any small compensation in term of revives and potion nor there is any updates from @Kabam about the time line to fix these bugs.
The Unity game engine this game is built on is MOST LIKELY the root cause of these issues in the game right now (it is the ENGINE after all). Due to this, Kabam is at the mercy of Unity to help them sort it out with the least amount of invasiveness. The beta we tested was likely a completely fresh install of software and code which can be done on beta servers quite easily. My educated/experienced guess is that Kabam and Unity are working out a way to get this fixed that doesn't involve a complete shutdown/wipe/rebuild of production servers or some other least-invasive solution - that's assuming a FULL fix has even been identified with production code. ALSO, that's assuming Unity is fully engaged and helping which may or may not be the case. From my experience working with gaming companies that use Unity, they have their customers by the short hairs and they know it.
In short (too late), to say this can be solved by money, more developers, etc., is just not the reality Kabam are likely dealing with right now.

This will fall on deaf ears. All the armchair developers and try hards don't listen to reasoning. They also hate facts.

Maybe... still needs to be said though.
I don't disagree. It's been said before but hasn't mattered to most on this thread. Most think that this should be fixed by millions of dollars or the firing everyone etc... when it's not the case. No amount of communications would ever be sufficient enough for many of the people on this thread either. It's unfortunate but this community just wants to stay mad for some reason. They perfect in their every day lives and never make mistakes or anything of the sort so everyone else has to be the same apparently.
It is not a question of no amount of communication, itβs the utter lack of communication. I am sorry, in my profession the easiest way to piss off a customer is to not communicate even if the answer isnβt what the customer wants to hear. The amount of time in between communication here is flat out disrespectful to the player base
A "lack" of communication means little to none. That's not what's happened. They've communicated. They've had a beta. They have been communicating, just not at the frequency you'd like.
It wouldn't take much effort on their part to expand on the weekly in-game message (with AQ compensation) they are currently sending out.
Throw in a small handful of items for solo content. Replace the generic text that comes along with it to something worth reading. Even something simple like...
"- we do not currently have a projected date for the fix. - due to the extensive delay to fix we have chosen to no longer add any extensions to SoP so that this content does not drag on. - other bug handling issues (champ ability errors etc) may not be handled as quickly while we are prioritising the larger issues for the game. "
At least we (the wider community) would feel a bit more in the loop of what was going on which is exactly where you'd want your customers. What we have currently is: "Don't do any hard stuff. Oh, and have a few things to help you with AQ" I'm sorry if anybody else thinks that's adequate (Demonzfyre the troll) but I don't believe that it is

Also the Unity stuff is pure speculation at best, however you're more than quick to vault for it as a means to shift blame away from the company who makes the profits off of the glitches. Also cash is king, so if it WERE a Unity issue, Kabam/Netmarble has the cash to throw at them to get their attention. Whether they choose not to is irrelevant.
I agree it's all just speculation at this point, we can't say anything for sure but I'm sorry, you can't just throw a vat of cash at Unity and demand them to cooperate more. That's not how these these things work. You can't bribe a company. Kabam aren't the only customers of Unity.
But yea, communication from Kabam definitely needs to improve. They started of so promising and ever since the gameplay update, it's been going down and down.
@Kabam Miike any thoughts an another round of questing potions? Its been quite a while and if anything things have gotten worse since this month's update.
We can only put off content for so long, and some things like SOP, we just have to plow through, costing more items than it should.
I don't pretend to think I could solo every fight so far, but I know I could have done it in half the items if dex and parry weren't bugged out. Even If someone is Stun immune... it should at least still count as a block, and not a hit which lets the opponent continue its 5-hit combo.

I just had the βwait until they come outβ-opinion as well, but the topic became too hot.
Many players question the whole game now.
