**WE ARE NO LONGER Temporarily Reverting Tier 1 War Ban System**
After further discussion, the game team has made the decision not make adjustements to the ban system.
The previously proposed fix would have resolved the issue for Summoners who are on the cusp of T1/T2 play, and negatively impacted Alliances more securely in T1. Instead, we recommend that cusp Alliances switch to Manual Placement to your members to place the allotted 5 Ban Champions limit there.
Apologies for the back and forth, and for any confusion.

For example: I think Phoenix is trash. I don't know that since I don't have her, but nothing about her kit appeals to me. I know she has some synergies that beef her up to a workable level, but just on her own? I would always put her in the Trash category. Well, at least until I saw someone solo EOP Modok with her. No synergies, just an r3 Phoenix on her own. That player had a much deeper understanding of how she works and how she could be used for that fight. That video completely changed how I saw that champion.
I still wouldn't rank her up if I pulled her (prestige doesn't matter to me), but I grew a new appreciation for what she can do in the hands of a skilled player. On my own, I never would have known that. My placement of her in a hypothetical tier list would have been skewed based on my own biases and blind spots - when it comes to her as well as many other champions.
Similarly, I solo'd EOP Modok with Misty Knight, who you have in your Bad category. I've taken down Act 7 bosses with Sam Wilson, who is also in that category; and Joe Fixit is one of my most sought-after 6* champions because I saw what my 5* could do in one of the Carina's Challenges. He's also in the Bad category. Are you sure that you know what these champions can do? Have you played them in the situations where they shine?
But again, this isn't a "you problem". We all have our blind spots. I got schooled hard just the other day when I made a statement about Squirrel Girl (that she was one of the few Skill champions I knew of who counters auto-block). Turns out, nah, there are quite a few other champs who can do so too. I just wasn't aware because it's impossible to keep track of every champion and every ability in the game.
Which is - again - the reason why making a tier list can be a tricky thing that invites a lot of criticism. But don't be dismayed! Just try to soak in all of the feedback you get. It might open your eyes to a lot of things that you didn't know beforehand about several champions, and that's kind of a win in itself.
(not talking about their placement, just the icons used)
Are those profile pics that are pre-populated in this Tier List Generating website/app ? Or do people have to manually add each pic themselves ? (before actually sorting them into tiers)
I honestly Like the damage he deals its nice also
where the hell is magik
Hawkeye has been the underdog since his release, he has incredible power control and good synergies.
Star Lord and SW work perfectly fine without synergies, you either need skill to keep combo, or get lucky with her RNG. She's the RNG Queen since the start.
Overseer packs a very heavy attack power if played right.
Sym Is amazing on attack if enemy has buffs.
Weapon X is great offensive and defensive, although everyone just slaps him on defense.
Scorpion is one of the best science champs in the game.
Miles has his niche uses, champs like that aren't overrated
