    12 t4 basic, 13 t2 alpha, 5 energy refills, atleast 2000 iso pieces and a bunch of potions to clear the legends event.all gone. Right as the level up event started.

    I've checked both my accounts, they still have the stash going to the next 28 days. One on my iPad other on my google pixel so don't think it's OS related.

    Restart did not solve the issue for me either. I have lost everything!! @Kabam Miike any information would be greatly appreciated about this matter. As people are really going to be in an uproar over this. Especially if this starts happening to the Whale Accounts. Thanks.

    Restarting didn’t fix it for me either, unfortunately.

    So I just logged in and all of my inventory is gone. What is going on I had a **** ton of items, iso, and catalysts. Please return to me. And no they were not about to expire

    Did that. What I got in the crystal went to stash, closed the game and now that's gone too.

    My stash looks intact but my inventory is cleaned out. Completely. Even after restart.

    Yup. Every time I open 1 crystal I get everything back but restarting game make them disappear again
